Perfect sized apartment for party of two. Great Location for any ASU functions such as Parents Weekend and Graduation Easy walking distances to stadium and mill ave. Very quiet and nice neighbors.

Such a convenient location. The designated (covered) parking spot is so helpful. The ac works great and the place is extremely clean. Jenn, the host, was easy to get ahold of and even messaged me during our stay to make sure everything was going well.

Great spot for spring training

My husband and I stayed here for spring training. It was a great location, quiet neighbors. Great amenities for a good value. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for a one month fellowship in the area. The apartment was exactly as pictured in the listing - clean and cute with good A/C (it was over 100 every day). Jenn was easy to get in touch with for any question I had and responded quickly and helpfully. The apartment has a dedicated parking spot, so that was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay in Tempe!

It was a great place vey convenient to stuff. The host brought batteries cause the remote wouldn't work. The only problem was the air unit leaked and we had to put a pot down to catch water. Hopefully they fixed after we left.

Fantastic condo close to ASU

My husband and I stayed a week in this lovely condo. All appliances, sofa, bed and furniture are all new. The condo is well decorated, spacious and comfortable. There is an also large pool in the complex. The host was excellent and we will definitely be back!

Pleasant surprise

The property isn't much to look at, but I found it very clean, the amenities nice and the neighbours lovely. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. The kitchen was nicely stocked and even had a few snacks for me. It was an easy location to get around. I had a car to make my life easier. The owner always got back to me in a timely manner.

Wonderful stay

Everything in the apartment was really nice. I could easily find all I needed. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen appliances worked perfectly. Air conditioner and ceiling fans working well. Lights could be switched from white to yellow, which was really nice in the evenings. And I am especially greatful to the host for leaving plenty of bottled water in the fridge. Overall, this was absolutely great stay and I will be happy to stay here again next time I visit Tempe!

Excellent apartment near ASU

We stayed at this apartment for 6 weeks and this was our second time staying here. The apartment has been totally updated with a new kitchen and furniture. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with everything one needs for cooking and all appliances are new. The sofa is very comfortable for watching tv, reading, etc. The bedroom is large with a walk in closet. The king sized bed is comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.The complex is very quiet but is located on a busy street. Noise was not an issue in the unit. There is a nice unheated pool in the complex. Communication was awesome! I would highly recommend.

Good stay overall

The property was exactly as advertised and it was mostly a pleasant stay. The location is perfect and nearby stores are easily accessible. The property was very clean and we had no trouble locating the kitchen appliances, towels, etc. Devices such as the TV and WIFI worked with no issues, and the owner answered all of my questions and concerns.There were some cleaning and cooking items that weren't there, but the owner was quick to get us what we needed. Also, the air fryer that was provided blew a fuse and caused a power outage that lasted an entire night. The preferred method of communication with the owner in such a situation could have been clearer, so that I could have gotten in touch with them sooner to fix the problem.Overall, we are satisfied with our stay at the property and would recommend it. I appreciate the owner for being very welcoming and happy to help when we had an issue. It's a cozy experience.
