Directly Across Street From Suissevale Winnipesaukee Beach

Have you been dreaming about an affordable vacation at a cottage that's just a one-minute walk to a great beach on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee? Then just picture waking up at this cute cottage, making breakfast and enjoying it on the deck looking across the street to the water. After that wake-up coffee, make your way over to the Suissevale beach where you can relax or take a swim out to the raft. Do you have a boat? Bring it with you - the launch is also right across the street and the driveway will accommodate your small boat when you come off the lake for the day. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath; cable TV, wireless internet; a dishwasher and a gas grill for cooking up the catch of the day. Suissevale on Winnipesaukee offers a beautiful sand beach with barbecue area and a playground right at the beach - remember, it's just a 1 minute walk from this house! There are also tennis and basketball courts and a second playground at the Clubhouse. You are just a few minutes drive to golf and mini golf, hiking, horseback riding, amazing restaurants and so much more! Do you have a big group wanting to vacation together? Take a look at this property and our property 157. The back yards abut each other with room for 15 together! Please note: The fireplace is off limits and can not be used.
Parking for 3 cars
PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State’s Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $125. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is in a great location and we really enjoyed the deck. The cottage itself should have been cleaner. I don’t think much time is spent cleaning between tenants. From cobwebs to grimy windows and a really dirty bath rug, it was far from sparkling.

It was so fun for this kids to be able to walk back and forth all week. We made a ton of memories including kayaking, volleyball games, swimming, ice-cream, making s’mores and shopping! We loved it so much we already reserved a week next year!

Lovely property, comfy with room for 8, deck with view of lake across the street, steps to clean, well maintained private beach. Easy to reach surrounding towns in lake region and lots of fun activities.

Reviewer Comments: the house is on a very busy road, no fence, small dogs can get through deck fence easily. place was bad-smelling, especially fridge and downstairs bedroom. several windows were broken. light was not enough for reading, very few lamps.carpet downstairs extremely dirty. bathroom so small,it can not accomodate even one person. the closeness to the lake makes the place very noisy, being on the only road that leads to the beach. i do not reccomend the house for anybody.
