PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. If traveling with a pet, please note that a non-refundable pet fee will be added after booking. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

Twice an unannounced person was allowed into our rental when we were there by the host and or property management, I was in the shower for one of these entries. The grill didn’t work, the furniture was terrible, the cockroaches were discusting, the shower that leaked was moldy, there were no kitchen wash cloths, it was advertised as having a hot tub, it didn’t have, the light bulbs upstairs flickered and dimmed on their own and there was constant construction on both sides of this property, we couldn’t lock the patio door from the outside when going to the beach, the actual owner said, “ you don’t lock up when going to the beach, only when going to town.” This property is not ready to be rented out.Terrible experience We feel deceived

Perfect location and pet friendly!

If you are looking for a great property right in the beach and is pet friendly
this is it. We really enjoyed this location and will continue to book when it’s available. It is close to everything you may need for your stay as well.

Great location! Property needs some updating. There was a horrible smell near the front door and kitchen. We called maintenance to let them know, but they could not find where it was coming from. Communication with property management team was excellent. Very responsive.

Excellent Location!

We love this property. This is our 2nd time staying here. It’s located close to everything but most importantly it’s RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!! I would recommend this property to others.

Not very clean

Great location in regards to being on the beach. However, it was not very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, dead bugs smashed on the door, sand all over the floor, finger prints all over the fridge. I understand the sand but I think the rest should have been cleaned, especially when the listing specifies surfaces are cleaned. There was no iron as listed. The walkway to the beach was very overgrown and hard to walk through. I also don't recall reading that the bedrooms shared a bathroom upstairs which was a little awkward with our friends. The unit next door is being renovated and workers started with hammers, saws, etc as early as 8am so no sleeping in on this vacation.

Description was misleading


Nothing indicated that this was a multilevel unit. I have bad knees and hip and stairs are a BIG problem. Would not have rented if I had known stairs were in unit. There was no iron or ironing board as listed and the kitchen was not fully equipped, no baking sheets. Some outlets did not work. Walkway to beach was overgrown to the point we had to borrow yard shears from neighbor. It was also not clear or disclosed that the bedrooms shared a bathroom, this was a bit awkward. Lastly, the unit next door is being renovated and workers started with hammers, saws, etc as well as loud music at 8am. Sleeping in on this vacation was not possible unfortunately. Unit was very close to beach though, which was nice, as well as the close parking.

Right on the Beach

This property was perfect for me and my 2 young adult daughters. Everything was very comfortable. When we were not on the beach we spent most of our time on the back deck. I would have preferred a little more privacy on the deck, but the fact that we were able to go down about 10 steps to the sand made it all worth while!

Perfect location!

Just what we wanted for a long weekend. The beach is steps from the back deck. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Family Location!

The condominium is tucked beautifully into a small nook that leads straight to the beachfront. The view is beautiful to behold! I recommend it to any and everyone.

Perfect in every way!

Our stay was incredible! Having direct beach access to the Gulf was amazing. The condo was spacious, well appointed, contained everything you could think of for a pleasant stay. It was paradise and especially nice that it was dog friendly. In addition to the unit, with your own parking space, the area had numerous restaurants with delicious food and shopping. We definitely hope to stay again. Our hosts are kind and amazing people. We thank them for sharing their slice of paradise with us.
