Welcome to your oasis in Las Vegas and enjoy in this stylish 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom two-story house complete with a very comfortable living room, family room loft, elegant dining room, practical breakfast room (or make it a workspace), a lush colorful garden with dozens of fruit trees, blooming flowers, festive evening lights, BBQ, outdoor patio furniture & a big table to dine under the stars. Located just 10 minutes to The Speedway and 10 to 15 minutes to downtown and The Strip. Smoking outdoor is ok. Small to medium pet friendly.
THE SPACE
Master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king size bed. There are 4 more bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed that shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with bedroom #3 that has a queen size sleigh bed. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed. And bedroom #5 has a three-level bunk bed that sleeps three. All bedrooms have a Samsung flat screen TV. The entire house has the highest speed Wi-Fi powered by Verizon and boosted by a high-end Wi-Fi extender, accommodates 50 devices, and streams Netflix, HBO Max, Disney, Prime, Paramount, Hulu and Apple TV (included, no extra charge). Three-car driveway is reserved for your parking spaces (garage not available). Street parking is okay especially if you are pulling a trailer or have a big RV.

CHECK OUT: 11AM
If you check in before 4pm, you will be charged an extra $100 fee unless host waives this fee. If you check out after 11am, you will be charged an extra full day.
You will be texted the unique door code on the day of your arrival (before 2:00 p.m.)

(3) In the spring and summer, feel free to harvest any of the dozen fruit trees and flowers.

I'm married to my wife of 32 years and we have a beautiful and really smart daughter (took after her mom) who is now 30 years old and will be giving birth in October 2023 to our first grandchild. I have lived in Las Vegas since year 2000 (23 years went by in a blink of an eye!). Prior to that I lived in Los Angeles (Lawndale, Hawthorne, Harbor City & Carson areas) since 1972 (28 years). Since my daughter has her own family and home now, my wife and I now take care of two Chihuahua-mix dogs -- they add so much joy and happiness to life! I hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We designed this house so that you feel AT HOME, not like you're in a crowded hotel on The Strip and in a small hotel room separated from your loved ones. We want you to experience a true home where everybody is together under one roof, and laughing, enjoying and making wonderful new memories. Please do leave us a review after your stay. Additionally, it is extremely well stocked with bottled water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, dozens of spices, towels, luxury hotel beddings, toilet paper, paper towel, high end plates and silverware and cups & glasses.
