Welcome to your oasis in Las Vegas and enjoy in this stylish 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom two-story house complete with a very comfortable living room, family room loft, elegant dining room, practical breakfast room (or make it a workspace), a lush colorful garden with dozens of fruit trees, blooming flowers, festive evening lights, BBQ, outdoor patio furniture & a big table to dine under the stars. Located just 10 minutes to The Speedway and 10 to 15 minutes to downtown and The Strip. Smoking outdoor is ok. Small to medium pet friendly.

THE SPACE

Master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king size bed. There are 4 more bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed that shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with bedroom #3 that has a queen size sleigh bed. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed. And bedroom #5 has a three-level bunk bed that sleeps three. All bedrooms have a Samsung flat screen TV. The entire house has the highest speed Wi-Fi powered by Verizon and boosted by a high-end Wi-Fi extender, accommodates 50 devices, and streams Netflix, HBO Max, Disney, Prime, Paramount, Hulu and Apple TV (included, no extra charge). Three-car driveway is reserved for your parking spaces (garage not available). Street parking is okay especially if you are pulling a trailer or have a big RV.

CHECK IN: 4PM to Midnight
CHECK OUT: 11AM
If you check in before 4pm, you will be charged an extra $100 fee unless host waives this fee. If you check out after 11am, you will be charged an extra full day.

You will be texted the unique door code on the day of your arrival (before 2:00 p.m.)

(1) No more than 15 people total for any single event or get-together held at this house. No large gatherings. No loud noise. Please do not disturb the neighbors.

(2) This home is approximately 10 minutes drive to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, 10 to 15 minutes to Downtown Las Vegas, 15 minutes to The Strip and 20 minutes to Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran International Airport).

(3) In the spring and summer, feel free to harvest any of the dozen fruit trees and flowers.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We visited Vegas to go to Las Vegas Motor Speedway and the strip the location was perfect for our group! The house we clean and the hosts were on top of everything definitely will stay here again!

Excellent place to stay

This place blew us away, We have rented many of these the last couple of years and this one by far is my favorite. Very roomy and elegant, if you’re looking for a fabulous place to stay look no further this is it.

Great property and a convenient location

My family and I stayed at this property for five nights and we really enjoyed it. Host accommodated with all the basic necessities and more. We plan on future stays here as Marie and Al were great host with great communication. Property was very clean, spacious, and a great location.

Washington and his family were wonderful guests and would love to have them back again when returning to Las Vegas. They left the house in great condition and I really appreciated the great communication during their 5 night stay. Washington was even thoughtful enough to message me that they checked out around 11am.

80th Birthday Party for my Dad

We enjoyed our stay in North Las Vegas. All seven of us were able to have our own space and plenty of room to gather. The layout of the house is great for a big group. The owners were very thoughtful with all of the amenities that they provided. Lots of towels, pillows and drinks. It was all very clean and quiet in the house. There is a busy road right behind the home, but you couldn't hear the road noise from inside the house. It's a little ways out from Vegas, but it didn't take too long to get into the city for our dinner reservations and shows. I would definitely stay there again. I would advise that the bunkbed mattresses were not comfortable for a full-sized adult, but children sleeping on them would be just fine.

I'm married to my wife of 32 years and we have a beautiful and really smart daughter (took after her mom) who is now 30 years old and will be giving birth in October 2023 to our first grandchild. I have lived in Las Vegas since year 2000 (23 years went by in a blink of an eye!). Prior to that I lived in Los Angeles (Lawndale, Hawthorne, Harbor City & Carson areas) since 1972 (28 years). Since my daughter has her own family and home now, my wife and I now take care of two Chihuahua-mix dogs -- they add so much joy and happiness to life! I hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We designed this house so that you feel AT HOME, not like you're in a crowded hotel on The Strip and in a small hotel room separated from your loved ones. 1. The house is over 3,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 11 people comfortably.

2. We are dog-friendly (no cats please). Small to medium okay. Big dogs okay if they are trained and will not do any damage to the house and garden. Must be trained to poo and pee outside.

3. We are okay if you smoke (anything) outside. Marijuana is legal along with cigarettes, vape or cigars but please use the front porch or the back yard. We have comfortable seating areas and ashtrays along with a lush garden view.

4. We seek to provide you with a 5 star experience. Complimentary are dozens of bottled water, soda and other soft drinks, Keurig coffee, tea and hot chocolate, fast internet with a Wi-Fi booster, streaming Netflix, Disney, Hulu, Apple, HBO and more, a beautiful backyard with a dramatic lush landscape that turns into a colorful dreamworld at night (it is a very unique backyard), and of course, the owner is available by phone and text throughout your stay to answer any of your important concerns or questions about Las Vegas and Southern Nevada.
