Le Hilton Head Island Plage et Tennis Resort offre une expérience de vacances à l'aise dans la maison comme villas. Notre villa dispose d'une cuisine complète avec cuisinière, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur avec machine à glaçons, micro-ondes intégré, d'un bar et lave-vaisselle. Nous avons deux téléviseurs - une dans la chambre principale et un grand écran plat dans le salon - chacun avec câble. Il ya des ventilateurs de plafond dans les deux chambres et GRATUIT INTERNET HAUTE VITESSE. Nous fournissons toute la literie et les draps et assez de cuisine et de toilette articles pour vous aider à démarrer. Si vous cherchez une villa de vacances que tout le monde dans votre famille va adorer, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Nous avons stocké la villa avec des chaises de plage, parasol, boogie board, jouets pour le sable, livres et jeux de société pour les enfants et les adultes, et plusieurs films.

Ce complexe a tout: 2 piscines, pataugeoire, 10 courts de tennis éclairés avec Pro Shop, sur le site de location de vélos, aire de jeux, barbecues, pique-nique, une laverie, sur place pub et des restaurants, et même un dépanneur. Tout cela à droite sur l'océan dans une communauté fermée offrant 24 heures de sécurité.

Perfect retreat

My granddaughter and I thought the location was perfect for the beach, reading and the trolley made getting around easy without a car. Loved 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Great to have beach chairs, etc for taking to the beach.

One week was not enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Head Island in this villa. Very clean. Quiet location of the resort. We appreciated the stocked beach supplies and kitchen supplies. It was fun to watch the alligator m the lagoon from the balcony. Staff was pleasant. My teens rented bikes for the week and made use of the tennis/Pickleball courts. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing week

What a great place! Beautiful and well kept inside and out! Started and ended my days on the deck overlooking the lagoon watching the cute turtles! Close to beach and on-site restaurants. Owners were great and had a great supply of beach items available for use. Kitchen was well supplied with anything you need for nights eating in. Our 3 boys also loved it and the comfortable beds! Reservations couldn’t have been easier. So sorry we had to leave. Looking forward to returning. Ann F.

Awesome stay

Angie and Gary have truly thought of everything to make this stay perfect. The condo has everything you didn’t think about! The location was great though further from the beach than we expected. It gave us a chance to get our steps. So no complaints. The pool was amazing and the bar/restaurant were amazing. Best fries ever! The lagoon was fun to watch the alligators. The location in HHI was perfect! The Pittsburgh Monopoly was questionable, but fun! 😉. All in all, you can’t go wrong with Angie and Gary and their condo! Enjoy!

Loved this condo close to the beach!

Our family consisted of 2 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect! It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the pool and beach, which we did one or the other most days. The condo was nice and cool and clean. We also utilized the beach supplies: wagon, sand toys, chairs, and our kids especially loved the boogie boards! There was an umbrella, but a few of the lever things of the umbrella were missing or broken so we ended up renting an umbrella from the resort. But other than that, it was a perfect condo for our needs! It was also fun seeing the birds, turtles, and alligator in the lagoon. We also loved playing on the pickleball courts. There isn't laundry in the unit, but there is a laundromat on site...we used the one by the fitness center.

Suggestions

Make Sure to add the Apartment/Condo Number in the Reservation information, just would have saved us from bothering you when checking in BUT you were wonderful and had a quick response. It would have been great to have known that there was a closet with significant amount of beach supplies, chairs, umbrella, toys, wagon etc. I think this information would motivate some that may want to vacation in the area but do not want to spend extra money on these items. I also want to add that I think it is Awesome that any unused/unopened items will be donated. As a family that tends to over-shop this was great to know.

Great owners but property could use a few updates.

Gary and Angie are great, responsive, kind owners. They responded quickly with any questions. The location of the unit is great! Quiet, overlooks pond (with local celebrity alligator!)The only issues I had are more updates and convenience. The master bed…my word…creeked so loudly when we moved at all it woke us up at night. Mattress was good but the bed itself, needs to go. lol Although a minor issue, the lockbox was so old the buttons weren’t working correctly, and it had an old school key. I would get a digital lock. Lastly, the living room furniture should be enough for as many people allowed in unit (6-7 I believe). There’s one couch and one wicker chair. It wasn’t enough for everyone to relax around the tv together. Maybe add more comfy seating. These are just my observations and opinion. All in all we had a great time there! Gary and Angie were very kind and caring. Great people!

Nice budget resort

Overall, resort location and family amenities, including magic show, movie night, and large 3 ft pool, make for a good stay. However, Condo needs a deep clean. Consistent with other reviews, the cleaning crew does bare minimum, which we discovered when toe nails were on the nightstand, used deodorant cap was on the floor by the nightstand, and hair was on shower wall. Sinks and tubs and kitchen were clean. Unit is carpeted so usual risks of carpet at the beach (squishy sandy floor) and could definitely use steam clean or replacement. Linens were provided but limited to one set per bed and no beach towels, not a big deal but would be helpful to know in advance. For a week stay, with no washer dryer, additional sheets would be appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach items to borrow were plentiful, and kids had a great time borrowing the sand toys. Hosts were responsive and offered to resend crew in morning, which was appreciated though we declined as we had already sanitized all surfaces. For a family looking to spend the bulk of vacation at the pool/beach and not in the unit, the location is great - easy walk to pool and beach and playground. Would upgrade to a unit with washer dryer next year. Thank you for having us!

Thank you for your opinion. We continue to search for a cleaning company that is reliable and thorough. The carpet is scheduled to be replaced in the fall.Within our information packet that Our guests receive prior to arrival, states no beach towels are provided and that additional linen service can be purchased during your stay. A washer/dryer in the unit would be a convenience to us as well however HHBT does not allow unless the owner was grandfathered in prior 2009.

Nice week

Condo was just what we needed for the week. We had 5 adults and 2 children in our group. Plenty of room. Just right. Not so fancy your afraid to move in it. Felt homey. Not a ocean view but a beautiful view none the less. Nicely stocked with things you might need. I pack half the house when we travel because you never know. Handsoap in the bathrooms,blow dryer, plenty of beach items,kitchen nicely stocked we cooked one meal a day. Only thing we needed we didnt have was metal spatula for grilling and windex for glass doors. I have OCD and got some windex to clean finger prints on sliding glass door daily. I left it under the sink for next people to use. Bottom floor only one flight of stairs to go up. We had a elderly person who doesnt walk good so this was a plus. Beach is a little walk but if you have someone who can not walk good you can drive right to boardwalk in 45 seconds and drop them off and find parking close. Huge pool, all restaurants inside resort have good food. Our biggest disappointment was we didn't see Wilbur. So we went on a gator tour lol. If this place sets empty one night such a waste A little piece of Heaven.

Great for a weekend getaway

We had a blast, it’s a 2 minute walk to the pool and beach. The poolside drinks were great and we found sand dollars within 50 feet from the beach entrance. The beds were comfy and it was fun to have a set of bunks like we were in HS again(my girls and I go way back). The kitchen was perfect and the owner asked about how the cleaners did first thing so I know they are addressing any of they older reviews trying to get good help. We even fed lettuce to the turtles in the lagoon. It was a great vacation.

Good location, not great unit

The pros were the price and location. The proximity to the beach was great and they had a playground that my daughter loved. I was pleasantly surprised that the condo was ready for us to check in early, but within just a few minutes of entering I noticed a lot of missed cleaning areas, the kitchen rug was disgusting full of smashed food, candy on dining room chair, grimy kitchen table, food smashed in couch, Doritos, bottled water and wrapper in kids room, bandaid in kitchen. I proceeded to clean myself but a couple days in when I noticed more and more I told the hosts. This was the second message I had written with no reply from them (first being before my stay with a simple question). After a 3rd message via Vrbo app, they apologized and asked how to make it right. I said either waive the cleaning fee or have them come back to clean while we stay at a hotel for a couple nights in Savannah. We came back from Savannah and someone had clearly been in the condo because they “partially” removed the bandaid, and sprayed some sort of horribly smelling product, but didn’t clean anything else- the kitchen rug was still filthy. Didn’t vacuum anything or wipe down surfaces. Never heard from the hosts. Besides the poor cleaning, the condo is dark, and needs updating. Carpet is ripped in places, paint chipping everywhere, and some other random issues that I told the owners about.

If I could give zero stars I would.

To start the vacation off, simple check in time such and such texted the couple 2-3 hours away saying my eta would be such and such, uhm… who is this? I told them my full name, oh sorry you got the wrong number… great traveling 6 hours to get that response. They texted back after I got ahold of them on the site and said oh sorry didn’t know who u were sorry for my stupidity. So I try and check it two lady’s at the counter were extremely rude I had no clue what the unit# was and asked for help and was told it’s your job to know what it is we got over 800 units here we cannot help you, come back when you find it. I get there and the lock box with the key is literally laying on the ground with the key hanging from the box and the locking part just chilling on the ground, great first impression. The place looked like a ghetto apartment building back home in California, listing said updates are happening, what updates new bedding for the beds and some stuff moved around. place was out dated my biggest concern was I used to work construction and my concern was the tub is creaking so bad when you stand on it they will get a law suit sooner or later when it collapses and hurts somebody, you got dirty dishes, literally candy wrappers under the couch kid dropped a Nintendo switch behind the couch moved it and bam candy wrappers a lot of paint chips on Furniture.a part of the ceiling was cracking and some of the ceiling was starting to come undone I’m assuming moisture got inside. There was the living room that the walls were not painted but wall paper and not even a good enough job corners were not pushed in correctly looked terrible very cheap. South Carolina awesome place where we stayed at not so much, and that may just be my eye to detail, I work extremely hard for my money and im very picking on what I spend it on.

Great location

We've stayed on this resort several times in different buildings. This was by far my favorite. The combination of the beach during the day and evenings on the balcony over the lagoon were perfect. The owners were wonderful to work with. The only complaint was the lady checking us in. She was very short and a bit rude. Must've been the end of her shift😁. Regardless, I would recommend anyone to definitely give this one a shot.

Girls Birthday weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this first floor condo. It is very clean and stocked with all you need. The quiet, shaded balcony overlooks the lagoon is nice to enjoy after a day at the beach and great to drink your coffee on. Angie is so nice and great to work with. Highly recommend staying at this condo.

We had a great time in Hilton Head! Angie was very easy to work with and responded quickly when we had a question. The condo could use a little updating but has everything you need!! There were even beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a wonder wheeler!

Great family venue!

This condo was perfect for our family... two bedroom, including 1 with a full bed plus bunkbeds, one with a queenbed, and a sofabed in the living room. The kitchen is FULLY stock for fixing meals. There are lots of beach and pool items provided. And we loved the view of the lagoon. It was absolutely perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. We highly recommend it for other families.
