Living room: The large picture windows frame the teal waters of the channel where you can watch the tide come in & go out. Downstairs bedroom 2: two twin XL beds make this room great for kids or the single travelers of the group. A dresser, small closet with storage, and a nook make the space fun for little people or a good spot to store luggage.

Downstairs utility room: new washer and dryer set, deep utility sink, and a full bathroom for the downstairs guests. The cabinets store extra linens for your group. Please be aware of the low ceilings in this area of the home.

There are areas in the home that have been designed to provide privacy to the homeowners. Please respect the locked areas.
