Coastal Blessings is centrally located with convenient access to the beach, pristine golf courses, fishing pier, pools which are heated seasonally through March, tennis courts, pickleball courts, full fitness center, Baytowne Wharf, the Sandestin Marina, Jolee Island Nature Park, and Grand Boulevard, by cart, bike or walk.

Enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets over the bay or settle in on Tuesdays, weekly during the spring/summer, to watch the firework displays from the Village of Baytowne Wharf right from the comfort of the private porch!

For a fresh Florida breeze, there is plenty of outdoor seating on the private covered porch overlooking the bay or relax around one of two resort-style pools available to you - heated seasonally through March.

Come relax and unwind on the beach, build sandcastles, take a fishing trip, soak up the sun and watch the beautiful sunsets of the Emerald Coast.

Grocery shopping is super convenient with Publix less than 1.4 miles away. Take the golf cart and head over for some fun, live music and cocktails at The Beach House overlooking the gulf, craving great seafood Tommy Bahamas is the place to be, or for a romantic dinner, the Solaris dinner cruise is absolutely stunning at sunset. Grand Boulevard is 1.5 miles away and the Destin Commons Shopping Mall is 6.5 miles away, both offer some of the best shopping and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. Enjoy the day sand-free at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just a 9-mile drive! Bikers will be in absolute paradise, with endless miles of bike paths to explore within the resort and along the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico - we highly recommend renting bikes from Coastal Cruisers.

You will have full access to the entire condo located on the ground level with worry-free keyless entry and the 6-passenger golf cart!!

• Surveillance device disclosure: A video camera doorbell is located outside by the front door for additional security - there are no camera devices inside the home.
• An initial setup of amenities is provided: 1 roll toilet paper, 1 each travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap per bathroom; 1 roll paper towel, 1 kitchen hand towel, 1 kitchen sponge, small bottle Palmolive, 1 packet of dishwasher detergent and 2 kitchen trash bags; 1 single use box of laundry detergent
