Located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula and directly adjacent to Sanibel Island and the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort, this is a truly unique residence. Carefully and meticulously decorated by a professional interior designer using only the finest in materials, fabrics, and furniture, guests will appreciate all of the beautiful touches present throughout.

The Space:
The unit itself features two bedrooms that share waterfront views, the master bedroom featuring a large King bed and the guest bedroom featuring two twin beds. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous walk in shower and marble vanity. The guest bedroom features a detached hallway bathroom with a renovated bathtub/shower combination and marble vanity. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that is able to accommodate up to two guests for a total sleeping capacity of six guests. In terms of the cooking, guests will find all they could desire to prepare even the most gourmet of meals in the completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen of this residence. There is also a large balcony featuring panoramic views of Pine Island Sound with seating for up to six adults that features a direct waterfront exposure.

The nearby Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa features six on-site restaurants and lounges within walking distance; the award-winning Courtside Steakhouse, The Tarpon House Restaurant, Charley's Cabana Bar, Palm Court Bakery, The Cove, and the Sanibel Harbour Princess (Dinner cruise aboard a 100 ft. luxury yacht).

The Neighborhood:
This property is located adjacent to the Sanibel Harbour Resort, a highly rated Marriot owned property that features bountiful shopping, dining, entertainment, and spa offerings. The residence is also less than a five minute drive to Sanibel Island (simply take a left out of the condo to be merged onto the Sanibel Causeway).
