Comfortable condo with Gulf view of uninhabited islands

This condo has great amenities, quiet environment, and a view of the Gulf to enjoy. The newly refurbished heated pool was a joy to use. The building is set next to an open natural area with short trail to enjoy nature.

Family Vacation

What a nice apartment and location. Clean , nice furniture and balcony. Not crowded, easy access to the beach. Quiet place at nights . Our family of 6 adults came for some R & R , we got that and more . We will be back !!

Great place... very clean... just as described.

This is a great quiet get away. The beach is short... so if you are looking to do this you will need to go to Sanibel or Ft Myers. Sunsets are beautiful. A barbecue would have been great, but the property does not offer one.

Stay was fine. Very hard to check in . Prices and quality of food was terrible. 100.00 xtra cleaning

Room was left in drcrnt shape. Limited towels, soap for 370 per night. Very bare bones.

Hi Ron, Thanks for your feedback. When we called after you first booked, you did not have time to listen to our check-in instructions, so that's likely why it was difficult for you. We provide a starter kit with a few items to get guests started, but it's the guest's responsibility to replenish those as needed. We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the food at the Marriott, but as we are not affiliated, it would probably be most effective to voice your concerns to them directly. We feel that the additional $100 for the departure clean is fair because the housekeeping company deemed it necessary due to all of the garbage and food strewn throughout the unit and extra sanitation required. Additionally, we had to purchase a new mattress pad for the master bedroom upon your departure. We hope you enjoyed your stay overall. Best, Savannah Resort Harbour Properties

Escape from northern winter

The renewed property is emerging after hurricane Ian. We really enjoyed all the birds and creatures (gopher turtles, otters, and a green iguana) at the JN Ding Darling refuge where the opened up mangroves made bird sighting and watching much easier. All was enjoyed while cold and extreme snow arrived at home which deepened enjoyment for the respite from northern winter.

Great get-away spot

We scheduled our trip on short notice and were very pleased with the condo. It matched the photos perfectly, everything was comfortable and easy, and the sand and beach were beautiful! We had some great meals in the area, it was very simple to get around, and we got timely front door grocery and alcohol delivery via Instacart. We spent some time at the Marriott next door and were happy to have that option. The only disappointment was that the beach is very small. We had been looking forward to walking the beach every day and that did not happen. Thank you for a nice vacation!

We enjoyed a week in this lovely condo! It was well stocked clean and the views from the Balcony, which fortunately was screened in to keep bugs away, was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Rest and relaxation

Lovely unit. We were looking for a place to completely relax. This location was perfect. I loved the decor, not at all cluttered or over decorated. Well equipped with everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I would highly recommend this unit to any one who wants to rest. THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS RIGHT FROM THE BALCONY

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! The private beach on property is perfect for swimming and lounging in the sun but isn't quite large enough for long walks. Fortunately both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are within 15 minutes by car.

Very nice condo with private beach access

Nice condo with great views and access to private beach. Very clean and well furnished. Nice large master bathroom shower. Building seems well maintained. Private building pool and hot tub with access to other building pools as well. The private beach is small and for the buildings. It has chairs available. If you are looking for the main “Fort Myers Beach” tourist area with activities, it’s about a 15-20 min drive. Lighthouse Beach at Sanibel is about a 10 minute drive. Bimini's Beach Shack is a fun restaurant within walking distance featuring live music and fresh seafood. I have a family of five with three kids from 13 to 8 and we all enjoyed our experience.

Florida Relaxation

Beautiful views from this condo. It is the perfect location to get away and relax in the sunshine! We will definitely be back to stay. The only drawback is that you need a vehicle to be able to get to restaurants.

Everything we expected, the sunsets were wonderful!

Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Enough room for the four of us plus a few more if you had six. Comfortable beds.
