The Lakewalk House is a bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home designed for comfort and style, comfortably accommodating families or groups.

Guests will enjoy private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home during their stay.
Self-check-in: Easy, flexible entry via a lockbox at the front door.
Parking: Street parking is readily available in this quiet neighborhood; no permit is required.

We aim to provide a seamless and private experience for our guests. With self-check-in, you can arrive at your convenience. While we respect your privacy, we are always available via phone or message to assist with any questions or needs that may arise during your stay.
A digital guidebook will be sent via text message the day of your arrival, providing step-by-step check-in instructions along with unique codes and helpful property information.

- This property is dog-friendly, specific rules regarding pets at the property are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to be on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

The house was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our trip! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We especially appreciated the two full bathrooms for our family to use! The house was clean and well appointed, but there is a steep staircase that was not mentioned anywhere in the add. It turned out fine, but some of my mobility impaired guests would have liked a heads-up. Very convenient to the lake walk and surrounding restaurants and easy to find. Had a wonderful time!

Totally nice ! Close to lake and activities for all ages . The Lester River Park was a highlight. Extremely clean; nice big dining area for eating and playing board games . From bathrooms to kitchen - organized and a relaxing home . Big field across the street and a little wooded area . Main trail right outside the door!

Great location for pets as you are right next to a safe-paved-walking/biking path! You are within 5 minutes of Canal park or the North Shore scenic drive, but away from all the crowds. Very nice brewery within walking distance as well. House was immaculately clean and well furnished!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, tucked just outside the busier part of Duluth, so it’s peaceful and quiet, but still only a short drive to Costco, Walmart, and anything else you might need. It was the ideal base for exploring the North Shore, with easy access to all the scenic drives, hiking spots, and state parks. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay while exploring the area!

Lakewalk House was quite comfortable for our five-night stay with my daughter and son-in-law and my son. The beds were comfortable and the house was in good shape. We walked down to a delightful coffee shop and visited a couple of beautiful gardens in the neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our first visit to Duluth.

Nice stay

House was very clean and nice location in east Duluth so a nice safe neighborhood and close to new brighton beach. Kitchen had all amenities we needed and was great for getting together with friends. Agree with reviews that only drawbacks was the road noise from superior street and stairs that are steep/slippery.

Great weekend in Duluth

Property was very clean. Lots of TV stations to watch when relaxing at night after a busy day. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of blankets and linens. Great for the 2 dogs that came with us.
