This classic 1880's building with views of Lake Superior is a great spot to host your next family vacation! Relax on the shared patio looking out at Lake Superior.

Inside, the apartment offers three bedrooms two with king beds and one with a queen bedroom, plus a main-level shared sleeping space. The apartment is perfectly suited for quality time with your loved ones. The 2nd floor bathroom provides a large tub and separate shower along with the in unit laundry, please note, this is the only bathroom and is located on the second floor.

The kitchen has everything you need for meals with your family. It features a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, bakeware, dishes, wine glasses, and a dining table that's perfect for gathering over a meal.

Located in Duluth, this home places you within easy reach of the city's scenic waterfront, local dining, parks, and attractions that make the area so popular year-round. Confusing door labels A & B when units are 1 & 3. Neighbors had multiple cars & a RV and had been parked in x 2. Porch facing lake awesome, better direction to find place " pass thru 3rd St stop light, tun right onto 4th St and cross Mesaba again. It's 1st driveway immediately on your left, drive in to see property" Neighborhood hopefully u[ and coming.

Convenient to DT Duluth

Enjoyed our stay in Duluth and appreciated the use of the property as base camp for our weekend. No issues with check-in and were able to quietly enjoy the accommodations. Thank you.

The place was as described. The view from the bedroom was AMAZING!!!. It was old but amazing views. The AC was two window units and not central air. The washing machine took a bit to get it to work and it took the host a few hours to respond to me. This why it is 4/5 and not 5/5. I would give it 4.5 if I could. The parking was a bit confusing so make sure you read the parking directions carefully. The check boxes were not labeled well but we figured it out. All in all great places. I would stay again
