Located on scenic Moody Point, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home overlooks the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge and stunning saltwater marsh views. Just a 10-minute walk to Crescent Beach and Moody Beach, this family-friendly Wells beach rental comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests and offers everything you need for an unforgettable Maine getaway.

Perfect for large families and groups, this Wells vacation rental features an in-ground saltwater pool, private basketball court, walkout basement game room, and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Enjoy easy access to Wells Beach, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, restaurants, shopping, and the Wells trolley stop located only one block away.

The first floor includes a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bright sunroom overlooking the pool, one queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony with pool and partial water views, plus an ensuite bath. Additional upstairs sleeping accommodations include a queen bedroom and a large bunk room with two bunk beds featuring four full-size beds and one twin bed.
The finished walkout basement is designed for entertainment with a ping pong table, board games, wet bar, TV lounge area, and plenty of space for guests to relax after a day at the beach.

A+ host and a great house!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was in a great location with easy access to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and everything we needed. The backyard and pool were amazing and definitely a highlight of the property—we spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the outdoor space. The hosts were wonderful and extremely responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. We had such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in July 2026. House was charming, very easy to find, was accurate to the listing and was very clean. We really appreciated the house having beach towels, beach chairs, tubes/floats, and even a rolling cooler on hand. The house was well cooled with AC, fans and the fresh ocean breeze with open windows at night. Pool was very clean and warm. Bathrooms were very clean. Hosts were very communicate throughout the month leading up to the stay and during our stay. Only complaint is that we ran out of both toilet paper and hand soap during our stay. Given that our stay was only 3 days, we would expect to have both of those basics well stocked for our stay given the price point of the rental. It was a bit annoying having to go out to buy those things for such a short stay. About a 10 minute walk to the beach.

This is our second year of what we hope will be a yearly tradition. The space is amazing and gives room for people to spread out or be together. The location is great for walks, beach days or just hanging by the pool.

Wonderful stay, as always!

This was our 5th summer renting at the property and it was wonderful, as usual! The pool was clean and warm. Lots of space for our extended family of 9 people. Every year that we return there are thoughtful improvements made to the house. We’ll be back next summer!

Great house - better in life than the photos. Incredible location, great space, and the team was really responsive and helpful. The porch / pool / yard scene was ideal! Would book this house again a heartbeat.

The house had everything we needed and everyone had a fantastic time.

I highly recommend this property if you have a large group and want to have a great time. Everything you need to have for the beach including a wagon to tote it with was in the garage. The pool had tons of floats as well as other toys. It was especially hot the week we were there and the one upstairs bedroom didn’t cool well but it wasn’t awful. All 15 of us had a stellar time 😁!

Hi Sasha, we appreciate your feedback. The pictures show exactly how the house is, this is not deceiving. The description states there is ac in 2 of the bedrooms upstairs and in the living room only. The pool guy comes weekly to clean the pool however if you had informed us that you needed an extra cleaning we would have sent him out the same day to assist.

Ladies Weekend

Our party of 12 enjoyed our stay at Oceans 5! The property was clean and well maintained, with linens and towels provided for each bed. The house was stocked as indicated with a starter pack of necessities - paper towels, bath tissue, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, etc. The area was quiet and residential, close to the beach, and in a great location for trips to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, etc. The pool was very nice, albeit a bit cloudy from having just been opened. The pool maintenance technician did stop by to check levels, etc., which was unexpected but appreciated. Communication with the property manager was easy and consistent.

Very nice stay…met all expectations.

1. Experience was excellent. 2. Dehumidifier pan on 1st level (by bar) seemed to fill with water often (2-3 times/day) & had to be manually emptied. 3. Tried to clarify via phone the day of pool cleaning. Tried @ 8am on Thursday but no one answered. Tried again & got answering service rather than representative at phone number listed in “Welcome” message. Explained situation to message service (a posted typed notice by 1st level exit door said Pool service was on Saturday). Requested clarification. At 10:30am NO clarification had been received so rather than phone “service number” I phoned “sales/reservation” number & immediately got a person who could answer my question/concern. Person I spoke with said they either had not received or had not read messenger service message. Person (a male) did clarify the “pool cleaning date”. Thank you. I sincerely hope that responses to “service requests” will, in the future, be as responsive as calls to “sales/reservation”. Thank you for a great accommodation.

Great Vacation House!

We have stayed at this property many times and again had a wonderful vacation this year. The house is a perfect size for our 2 families - 9 people total. It is so nice to have use of the clean and clear pool - a very nice way to relax at the end of a day at the beach. Highly recommended!
