come with queen bed ,32 smart tv , fridge, microwave and gas stove , 2 pans small/med basic silverware, small coffee maker

This property is outside city limits of San MARCOS.,
5 min driving to town, 10 min driving to downtown , The RV is next to others apartments ,parking lot is share with other guests

we are just located 30 min away for Austin 45 min from San Antonio......Martindale, Fentress just min aways

For you safety and security , we have cameras installed at the entrance, parking lot, and back yard of the RV

we please ask that you keep it to 2 cars minimum (reserved 2 spots for the RV guest)

Cozy place to stay

Hostess is great and is amazing with communication! I have stayed multiple times and each time is comfortable. Only complaint is one neighbor that likes to hold a personal concert that lasts until 3am on the occasional lol

More like an upscale tiny house

Let me say that I’ve never stayed in an RV before, and it is so different from what I expected! It would really be better to think of this property as an upscale, new, clean tiny house. It is on a concrete pad with permanent hook ups for electrical, water, and sewage and it has leveling blocks and such so that it feels very permanent. There is even a patio out side with a table and chairs. The location is kind of out in the country, but it was only a nine minute drive to downtown San Marcos and about a half hour up to downtown Austin or the airport. The nice thing about the location is that it was very quiet at night, and I slept like a baby! Being an RV, it does make a few noises when the wind blows super hard, but it did not affect my sleep, or anything else. The unit is well equipped with a decent sized fridge and freezer, stove, and oven, microwave and two televisions. There is also basic cooking utensils, coffee, pot, etc. I can’t imagine there would be a lot of privacy for more than a couple, so that’s what it’s probably best rented for. The host was excellent with communications and hospitality. A five-star experience, highly recommend!
