STUDIO Looking for a nice stay when you visiting San Marcos or the surrenders towns like Martindale, New Braunfels, Austin etc.. We are 5 min drive to town of San Marcos , also 5-10 min to River, 4 to Christ's Santa Rosa Hospital
10-12 min to Texas State University

.... This studio is an attachment to the main house with separate entrance, with others renters on the surroundings units , Queen Bed, smart tv, kitchenette with microwave ,plates, cups ,utensils ,Window/Heather A/C .. perfect for a good nights sleep,
As our property is located outside city limits in a natural environment you may occasionally encounter insects such crickets ,or scorpions witch are part of the local ecosystem to ensure you comfort we conduct regular pest control treatments both indoors and outdoors , however we cannot guarantee the complete absence of insects or arachnids to minimize the chance the unwanted visitors, we kindly ask that you keep the doors closed when are not on use.
FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SECURITY we have cameras installed at the entrance ,parking lot, and back yard of the apartment
