Really wonderful location in Bella Vista. Close to Bentonville and trails. Loved the in closed deck in the evenings and fire pit for s’mores with my daughters.

Great location. Cleanliness below average, shower was pretty dirty with soap scum, mildew, dirt, etc. Pillows had other people's hair on the pillow cases (I am bald) and surfaces were sticky/not wiped down. Cookware was burnt/scratched nonstick well past its service life.Great bike bench on site. Quiet.

Very comfortable home and beds, great location, nice backyard area, clean, easy check in, great communication from host. TV in each bedroom. Will definitely stay again!! Only complaint is that we bought charcoal and cheeseburgers to grill but unfortunately the grill was not operational as the bottom was rusted out and charcoal would have fallen out the bottom. This is the only complaint though. Everything else was so great!! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Huntley house! The house was immaculate and decorated nicely, great neighborhood, and loved the outdoor space and back yard. The shower water pressure wasn't the best, but wasn't an issue. We would definitely book this home again if we come back to the area.

Graduation weekend

Great place to stay thats not too far out of town. We were able to put up family and friends for the weekend for college graduation. The space was perfect for us all to come together and eat and visit after graduation! Perfect!!!
