Note importante Ă  nos chers clients: Notre propriĂ©tĂ© n'a subi aucun dommage Ă  la suite de l'ouragan Michael et l'endroit est prĂȘt Ă  louer Ă  partir du 17 octobre 2018.
C'est une unité adorable et entiÚrement rénovée avec de nouveaux sols carrelés, des murs intérieurs, des portes et des meubles. Unité au premier étage avec accÚs à la plage à seulement 25 mÚtres de la porte d'entrée. Les caractéristiques comprennent: 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain, cuisine ouverte avec bar, terrasse avant couverte, terrasse latérale ouverte et plus encore.

Commodités: TV plasma 32 'par cùble, DVD, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, laveuse / sécheuse partagée, piscine semi-privée, Internet sans fil, stationnement en béton.

The property was ok, but it had roaches and wasn’t very clean. One of the check out instructions is to clean and put dishes back where they belong, but there were dirty cups in the cabinet and the flatware was literally thrown in the drawer dirty. We cleaned the dirty things and replaced the correctly. This is probably not the fault of the owner but the hired cleaning and management company. I’d look for another company if I were the owner.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed in Naz's condo for one week. He was very responsive in answering my questions and we had no problems what so ever. The unit was very clean and was just as the pictures present it. We have quite a lot of experience being short term renters and this was one of the nicest. It is very close to the beach, has plenty of outdoor space in and out of shade, a nice pool with ample seating and is quiet at night. The inside had all the amenities advertised with the large kitchen being very well appointed (better than most). And...yes, the primary bed was very comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay with our 17-year old daughter. The property was very clean and the upgrades were a huge plus. Access to the beach was easy with no hassles.

We were expecting it to be on the beachside, it was not a cottage as described it is connected with 3 other units which shared the “private pool”, we could here all the the commotion innthe upstairs unit, commode is not updated. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable but not what we thought we were renting

Perfect two bedroom getaway!

The condo is so tastefully done, beautiful kitchen and so comfortable to be in! The owners are warm and friendly to communicate with. The warmth transfers to this little abode as well. We had a great time!

Relaxing Getaway

This cozy beach house was perfect! It had everything we needed, decorated nicely, very comfortable, and located right across the street from a beach access. Great porch seating and two outdoor eating areas. We loved our visit and this adorable beach cottage.

Perfect Place in the Sun

Can not complain about anything. Perfect location, beach across the street is wonderful. Not crowded at all ( we were there 3 rd week of July.) plenty of space and pool in back is a great bonus. My family loved it as much as the ocean. Easy to find. Thank you for sharing your Place in the Sun!

A Short Trip To Paradise

We truly enjoyed our short trip to St George Island. This rental unit was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and large enough to prepare dinner for the family. The location was just steps from the beach. We actually had to walk farther to the beach from the parking spot in the State Park than from the rental. Very pleasant stay and we would love to visit and stay here again.

St George island getaway

The unit was ver nicely decorated and very clean. I loved the big picture windows in the front and all the outside seating. The only down side was the unit upstairs being very loud and stomping all night. It also rained 2. 5 days out of the 5 we were there. Would recommend to my friends and would love to go back myself.

SGI FIRST TIMERS!

Our visit to SGI was for a family reunion. Our rental was great. Easy to locate on the island. Very clean and nicely decorated. We were so busy we never even used the pool! We would definitely stay here again.

The listing was a little confusing because i didnt realize it was 4 units in one house wgen i booked but overall happy with my stay. House was clean and well kept. Pool was so nice especially with kids. Not a hard walk to beach. Would book again
