Newly renovated condo overlooking the 2nd green of Pinehurst #2. Our condo is renovated with new floors and furniture throughout.
We are located across the street from the Fair Barn and the Pinehurst harness tracks. It is an easy walk to the main Pinehurst Country Club facilities and practice area.
It is also a quick walk to the quaint village of Pinehurst with its New England architecture and shops.
The condo has one bedroom with a queen bed plus a very comfortable Murphy bed in the living room.
After a round of golf or shopping in the area, relax on the balcony overlooking the 2nd green and 3rd tee plus a small pond with lots of wildlife.

The entire place was very clean and well equipped. My stay over the weekend was very quiet. I have another date scheduled to stay here at the end of the month for my 40th year high school class reunion. I can't wait!!

Perfect for a golf weekend!

This trip was for my husband’s birthday. The condo was in the perfect location. Close to everything. The condo was nice and in good condition. We had plenty of towels, bedding and supplies. My 13 year old slept on the trundle bed and loved it. It was pretty comfy. Overall, a very enjoyable trip! Overall

Absolutely must stay!

Excellent in every aspect. Super clean and comfortable. The owner is very personable and makes the entire process easy. The bed was out of this world comfortable and extra upgrades for comfort. View of the #2 green was nice to wake up to everyday. Would highly Reccommend staying here every time. Excellent!!!!

This is was the worst VRBO stay we've ever had. The bedroom faces a busy road and train tracks, so we never got a decent night of sleep. The bed wasn't comfortable, and it could have used some sheets that were not polyester; it gets hot in NC. The property wasn't well cleaned. We killed some giant cockroaches in the hallway and kitchen. There was debris under furniture, especially under the bed. The doors that accessed the bathroom didn't close fully, so we had no privacy. The hook in the bathroom was broken, so we had to hang towels in the bedroom to dry. There was very little attention to detail and no information on the unit or the complex. For example, there was a note that there is a coin-operated washing machine in the next building, but no details on how much. Not too many people carry coins, so it would have been nice to know how much change to have ready without needing to visit the laundry area. This is the first property we've been in that didn't have a book of information. This was our 4th rental in Pinehurst, and by far the worst.

Stayed here June 2024, was a diamond in the rough. Stayed 10/2025, needs thorough cleaning, updating, paint and unclogged shower drain. Very disappointing. Great location!

Location !

I had to work and I was in a wedding. The condo was 5 minutes from the Carolina hotel, our rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Location was amazing! Mark went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and communicated very well.

Nice place to stay while we were here for a funeral. Surprised at how comfortable the Murphy bed was. I did struggle with the TV too as one other said. But otherwise just fine.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the property, We did not spend a lot of time in the property, but enjoyed our stay. The property owner had assured me we were close the activities we needed. The price was a fair for the value we got.

junior golf tournament

Quiet convenient and basic.... I told my son that I got this condo instead of a hotel and he was excited. When we walked in his 1st words were wow this is perfect. We used this condo while we were in town for my son's final junior golf tournament. This has been a wonderful journey... Just yesterday we checked him into college. This condo was the perfect , basic rental. A great place to stay convenient for places to get dinner and close to just about any course in the area.
