Unique 3BR Home with great views|Beach Access|

Enjoy a unique place has a style all its own. This brand new home features 3 en-suites, 3 covered porches, outdoor kitchen, laundry room and new furniture. Only a couple blocks to the beach access and all the beautiful sand and surf Atlantic Beach has to offer. It is close to Beaufort, Morehead City and Cape Lookout. There is ample parking for guest. The home provides plenty of room for people to have space and not be crowded.

Views galore. Every room lets you enjoy panoramic views, watch the sunrise or the sunset while relaxing in this newly constructed home.

Parking under the home and in the designated parking I front of home.

We are available via text, email or phone should a need arise during your visit.

Very safe, family oriented area.

- Hunting dog allowed outside in a kennel or in the storage shed

An A stay in Atlantic Beach!

We had an amazing stay! Kim was incredibly communicative leading up to our stay which made check-in & arrival seamless. The house was clean & had everything we needed. We also loved the individual porches off each bedroom. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for their next vacation in Atlantic Beach.

Cute 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home. Beautiful view of both the ocean and the sound! The owner is kind and very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Place was very nice, more room than expected. Very close to the beach and is in a nice neighborhood. Everything you’ll need is nearby including basketball court and 2 golf courses. I would definitely bring my family back here. Thank you to the host.

Beach Time was fabulous

Super cute house, perfect for our group of 5 adults, new house and very tastefully decorated and equipped. Would not hesitate to rent this place again, it was very convenient to the beach (4 short blocks) and very clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Perfect place for the holiday!

My husband, teenaged daughter, our two dogs and I LOVED our stay at the beach! Kim is a great host, and was very responsive. The house was incredibly clean, and still smelled brand new! The well appointed kitchen had just what was needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. We can't wait to return!

Brand new home. Extremely clean, beautifully furnished and stocked with all the kitchen needs. Partial view of the ocean in the distance from the balcony. Easy walk to the beach.and pier. Centrally located for day trips to Morehead and Beaufort just minutes away. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay

The property was in a great location for access to the beach, sound side, restaurants, bars, Circle K, and pier. The house is in near mint new construction condition with slightly obstructed ocean and sound views, nice outdoor balconies, and great ground floor grilling area. Each bathroom has it's own bathroom with shower/tub in addition to a half bath on top floor with kitchen and living room.

Clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for a quick fishing trip. The house was clean. Beds were comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bath and there was an additional half bath. Getting into the house and check out instructions were very easy. Easy off street parking for our two cars. We would definitely recommend this property.

Outstanding vacation

This is our third time renting a property from Kim for my daughter's summer camp pick up. A brand new house located just two blocks away from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, with extremely comfortable mattresses! Thank you, Kim. We will be back next summer.

Wedding Fun!

This was the perfect place to stay to attend a wedding at the Dunes Club. It is less than a 10-minute walk. There are some great restaurants within walking distance besides beach access. I will book again in the future. The owner was quick to respond to questions I had.
