Sent the husbands and dads for an early Father’s Day golf trip and they really enjoyed their stay and close proximity to golf courses.

DO NOT BOOK THIS VRBO. The host lied and canceled our booking hours before check in when we were already on the way. My group booked this stay for Coachella months in advance and the host lied and said the guest before us fell asleep with the bath tub running. The property is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home so it did not make sense why we could not use the remainder of the house. The host rebooked the property at a higher rate for someone else so that he could make more money. There were no other hotels or any rentals within a 100 miles radius due to the popularity from the music festival going on. This host also has two exact listings for this property but the other listing has worst reviews. He likely made this listing to avoid the bad reviews and take advantage of renters who only see this listing. Do not book this property if you want a reliable place to stay that won't cancel on you once you've already gotten there.
