Brand new renovation! Centrally located, open, airy, and comfortable townhome unit with garage parking, in unit laundry, and central air conditioning. 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms with all new appliances, flooring, tile, fixtures, and more.

This townhouse has it all! It spans 2 levels, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in unit laundry, central AC & heat, as well as garage parking!

The kitchen, in unit laundry, dining& living rooms, as well as desk workspace are located on the first floor. (***Please note there is a 65 inch large smart TV above fireplace, just need a new photo). Upstairs you will find the bedrooms & bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed , a smart TV, a walk in closet, as well as attached bathroom with tub/shower combination. The second bedroom you will find a queen bed, walk-in closet, as well as chair for reading. The 2nd bathroom is located just outside that bedroom in the hall and at the top of the stairs. In the hall you will find a large linen closet.

The unit has central Air and heat as well as brand new in unit washer and dryer.

Garage parking for two cars (spots are tandem).

* *Bed set up- King in master, queen in second bedroom. Also if baby items are needed like high chair, pack n play please inquire.

The kitchen has brand new appliances with a fridge with water dispenser, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. It is also outfitted with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, and coffee maker.

Linens will be on beds as well as plenty of towels will be supplied. Laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo & conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, dish soap, dish sponges, dishwasher pods, and trash bags will be supplied to get you started on your stay.
