We had such a great stay at Bert’s place in Sarasota! We were a group of 7 and the house was perfect for us. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, Costco, and everything else we needed.I’m someone who is very particular about cleanliness, and I was honestly impressed by how spotless the house was. Everything was super clean and well maintained, and we made sure to leave it the same way.The house has everything you could need, and you can really tell that a lot of thought went into every detail. The backyard and BBQ area were great, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was just so nicely taken care of.We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sarasota. We’d also happily recommend Bert’s place to our friends and family. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Beautiful home

We had a great stay at Tropical Shores. The owner was always available and very helpful during our stay. The house is super comfy, has everything you will need while on vacation and easily accommodated our family of five. The location was perfect.

Thanksgiving in Sarasota

Home was well appointed, with everything we needed. Had family staying at oceanfront home, so we didn’t spend much time there but it was great for what we needed! Very clean, plenty of sleeping room! Thank you Bert for your hospitality!

Great stay in Sarasota

The beds were so, so comfortable. The living spaces were well appointed. The basket of games was greatly appreciated. The backyard and the ancient tree were lovely. Quiet neighborhood.

Loved it!

A perfect space for our family reunion. We especially loved the fenced-in backyard where the cousins (ages 1-10) could play safely and the adults could relax together. The host was very helpful, responsive and welcoming. We hope to come back!

Nice property and friendly owner

It's located in a quiet neighborhood and is only 3 minutes away from a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. The house is new and squeaky clean. The owner/manager, Bert, is very kind, responsive, and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay. We'll choose to stay in this house next time we visit Sarasota.

Vamo winter break

Great location with easy access to many good restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and services. Walkable neighborhoods and streets, close to water (and cool breezes). Nice house, very clean, well appointed with two large and one small bedroom. Property manager is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Quiet location and backyard patio for relaxing and BBQs.

Great location for family getaway in Sarasota / Siesta Keu

The home is beautifully decorated and furnished. The owner, Bert, is fantastic to work with and responsive to any questions and needs. The location is great for restaurants, access to Siesta Key, personal needs, etc. We usually go to Sanibel every year but chose this location because of the Ian damage to the Sanibel area. We may have found a replacement! Thank you, Bert.

Wonderful!

House was beautifully decorated and very clean! All essentials provided- plus extras like quality beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and even beach towels! Linens on the bed we slept in were so comfortable, I found them on Amazon and purchased for my own home. Quiet neighborhood, yet so close to shopping and just 10 minutes to Siesta Key. Plus, Bert was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had- he went above and beyond for us! All in all, an incredibly positive experience, and will definitely stay here the next time we visit the area. Highly recommend!! P.S. For those of you who care about this sort of thing, the tree in the backyard is something to see It is HUGE and surely hundreds of years old…it makes an incredible focal point in the backyard. Beautiful!! Thanks for making our vacation extra special, Bert!
