You’re sure to fall in 💗 with lake views, cozy bedding, modern decor & a well-stocked kitchen. Located in the capital on the Ky Bourbon Trail, this peaceful Lakehouse is sure to be the perfect getaway for couples, friends & families alike! Minutes to several distilleries, 10 mins to the Capitol, 30 mins to Lexington. Pets are allowed for $150 per stay.

We live nearby & are available if needed, but generally do not personally interact with guests.

This is a row of 4 adjoined townhomes overlooking a small lake, located in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Guests have access to the entire home.

This is a split-foyer townhome. The lower level features a living room with an electric fireplace, a 55” Smart TV, fully-stocked kitchen, a renovated half bath & dining area. Outside, you can relax on either of our two decks & enjoy the sounds of wildlife on the lake, cast your own line (bring your poles & kayaks!) or enjoy a cocktail after a day on the Bourbon Trail. We also provide a Weber charcoal grill, if you’re in the mood to BBQ. Guests will need to login to their own streaming services on the TVs.

Upstairs, you’ll find 2 bedrooms (one king bed & one queen), one full bathroom (shower only) & full laundry. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, a 42” Smart TV, desk, reading lamps (with USB chargers), dresser, luggage rack & closet. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, blackout curtains, reading lamps (with USB chargers), dresser, luggage rack & closet. A renovated bathroom w/ a glass-shower enclosure & a new washer & dryer complete the upstairs.

Your car, Uber, car rental or taxi is best.

There are only 2 dedicated parking spaces available in front of the townhouse. Please try to park directly in front - leaving 2 spaces to your left & 4 spaces to your right. There is additional street parking available for more than 2 cars.

Very convenient location to travel around the area to the different distilleries or about 30 minutes to Lexington. Would definitely stay here again. Unit was clean and very quiet

This was a nice place to stay, especially if visiting Woodford, Buffalo Trace and Castle and key!! All easy to get to. The beds are very firm which I liked!

The apartment was just as the pictures. The kitchen floor was really dirty (we had ants in the kitchen) and the lake was covered in thick green algae. Otherwise, it was just what I was looking for - relaxing great location on the bourbon trail.

A gem of a property
This little house was nestled in a quiet neighborhood and overlooked a pretty little lake. The place was spotless and had all amenities we needed for the weekend. The bed was amazingly comfy and large. We were close to restaurants (we ate at Sonny's and got our free bottle of barbecue sauce!) and groceries which was great. The teip down to Lexington was easy and convenient. Our only small critique is the landing and kitchen rugs kept teipping us so we moved them fir our stay. Id recommend this lake house to anyone.

Child-free Weekend Getaway
My husband and I came to KY for a weekend away. We went to the PGA Championship at Vallahara which wasn't too bad of a drive. The location of the lake house was great! Easy access to downtown Frankfort and some distilleries. Highly recommend checking out House of Commons, The Cooperage Bar, Mi Fiesta Mexican Restaurant and Hoggy's Ice Cream... all in downtown Frankfort. The house was clean and nicely furnished and there were plenty of bath towels. If we ever come back to the Frankfort area, we'll definitely stay here again!

We visited several bourbon distilleries and wineries in the area. This was a great location to stay. It was everything we expected! We will be back and highly recommend this cute little home!

First time for a Bourbon tour, loved it! House was just as described. Perfect size for 2 couples. Short drive to many Distilleries in the area. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed overnight at the property last year while driving through. We liked it so much we decided to spend Thanksgiving there with our family. It was just as nice as we remembered and we will most definitely stay again any time we're going to be in the area.

Great location in a quiet residential community. Nice deck and lake view. Easy access and close to activities, grocery, parks, and restaurants. Very nice unit and maintained well. All the amenities you need for an extended stay. Will stay here again when in the area.

Clean and comfortable place to stay.
It is clean, comfortable, has a nicely equipped kitchen, and it is otherwise like new. Definitely not "cheaped" out with beat down mattresses and furnishings from Goodwill like so many.

Great Property
This is a great property. House was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the owner was very good. Location is very convenient to the distilleries and horse farms in the area. Lots a great restaurants around Frankfort. We would definitely recommend it.

Great Long Weekend Stay
The house was perfect. My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend away to celebrate her birthday. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and peaceful. Having the double outside decks was great for sitting and enjoying the view of the small lake outside. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The owners were great about sending recommendations of things to do in the area and making us feel at home. They were even very accommodating when I needed to add a day to my trip unexpectedly. All told it was a great visit and we would definitely stay here again.
