condo was clean and orderly when we arrived. everything was nice and up to date. contact with the host was open and easy. they responded back promptly with answers to any questions we had. the location to the beach and the available pools were very nice.

Great location to enjoy the family and on a few minutes from Destin. Amazing property with all of the amenities you need for a vacation trip.

Vacay

We always have a great time when we stay at this condo and this time was no different! It was very clean and check in and out was a breeze. We love that there is access to the pool and beach so close and you have enough space on the beach to not feel cramped. We will definitely stay here again!

Vacation

Relaxing vacation with a great beach and pools, good food and entertainment close by. Easy checkin and checkout. Everyone agreed the area was made for the nice relaxing vacation we all needed!

Perfect Location

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed such as beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, trash bags, extra paper-towels, etc. I can always tell when a property is managed by a company vs owners. When a property is managed by the owner you have extra amenities/small touches that you don’t get with property managed by a management company. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location

We had an excellent time. Pleases note that if you plan to rent a golf cart you’ll need to find a gas cart as there is no place to charge an electric one. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pools were very nice and the views unmatched. Could have been cleaner
.. Ceiling fans and baseboards need some attention. The complex itself seems a little tired but for the price, we could totally look past that and had a great time!

Comfortable condo

Unit was nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Complete kitchen assortment of silverware, dishes, and cooking utensils. Comfortable chairs and sofa. Easily located on the 1st floor with a nice view of the gulf from the nicely furnished balcony. We hope to come back.

Great location for spring break for our family of four. Condo is nice, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location of the unit was key as well. We were 2 minute walk to the beach and even closer to the pool.

Florida vacation

The condos are clean and located in the middle of everything you need. Beaches are private so people arent on top of each other. We enjoy the property every time we visit Florida.

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful trip with family! The condo is beautiful and the large balcony is very nice! It’s a nice view of the pool area and a very short walk to the pool and beach. We went in March and the pool was heated so that was perfect! Short drive to some great restaurants and to Seaside. We will be back!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at this condo on the first floor. The view was beautiful and the condo is even prettier in person. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. The parking was so convenient to the room; especially for my elderly parents. Will was so responsive if we ever needed to touch base. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again for a great experience Will!

Excellent!

Perfect for a trip with small kids! Easy pool and beach access. Huge pools with hot tub. The condo was clean, well stocked with amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great pool view and partial view of the ocean. Parking was so convenient! Pretty close to restaurants, seaside, rosemary etc but also tucked away from the crowd. Overall great stay and we’d go back!

Family Trip

This was our first trip to the beach as a family of three. It was the perfect condo for me, my husband and our 9 month old. The condo was very clean and had great space for us and our daughter to play when the weather was bad. The deck was extremely spacious and perfect to sit outside while it rained and for morning coffee. We will definitely be coming back!

Beach trip June 2022

We enjoyed our stay at this unit, but we did have a few issues. Let’s start with the positive. The towels were great, fluffy, definitely not the kind that are industrial. The bed linens were very comfortable as well. However, when we got in the condo the bathrooms were not clean. The toilet in the guest bath had what appeared to be urine on the seat and there was hair in the master sink and on the counter. When I brought it to the owner’s attention he apologized about the toilet seat and let me know the hair was probably his from when he cleaned the master bathroom. The sliding glass door to the patio and the windows were filthy, not just usual sea mist stuff. I don’t think they had been cleaned in a long, long time. The good news is that there were plenty of cleaning supplies so it was easy for us to fix it. The unit’s VRBO listing said check out was at 11:00 but we got a text from the owner at 9:58 am the morning we were leaving that had then instructions about how to leave the unit and it said we had to be out by 10:00 am. That might just be a glitch in some automated thing and we were already gone so it did not really affect us. The property seems to be an older complex but it is nice and quieter than many places in the area which we liked. The chair/umbrella folks were really nice. I could pay in advance for the week but had to go every morning at 8:00am to reserve a spot. The beach is lovely and the access to the beach from the unit is easy. All in all, we enjoyed our time there.
