Les Dunes of Seagrove Condos offrent un hébergement familial luxueux et abordable directement sur la magnifique plage de Seagrove! Cette unité est une chambre à coucher plus deux lits superposés, deux salles de bain Condo qui peut accueillir confortablement sept personnes. La station dispose d'un large éventail de commodités, y compris une piscine lagon de 7500 pieds carrés, un court de tennis, une salle d'exercice ultramoderne et bien plus encore. Au-delà de la station, vous constaterez que la région de Seagrove Beach a beaucoup à offrir, y compris une variété de restaurants raffinés et de boutiques, ainsi qu'un accès facile à Destin et à Panama City!

Le complexe Dunes of Seagrove est l'une des plus belles propriétés locatives de Seagrove Beach. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un centre de divertissement avec télévision HD. Ce logement dispose également d'une chambre avec lits superposés séparée avec lits jumeaux. Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes, la salle de bain principale dispose d'un bain à remous et d'une douche séparée.

Une cuisine entièrement équipée et un coin repas comprennent un grand réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, un four, un four micro-ondes, des ustensiles de cuisine et tous les accessoires d'une cuisine moderne. Grande grande salle avec centre de divertissement, y compris TVHD, lecteur Blu-ray, chaîne stéréo avec lecteur CD, jeux de société et plus encore! Il y a un immense balcon donnant sur la piscine et la magnifique plage de Seagrove. Le balcon comprend une table et des chaises de patio pour les repas en plein air et 2 chaises longues pour se détendre en admirant l'océan.

We (family of 6) had a great stay! The location was perfect - right on the beach, close to shops and restaurants, and onsite parking. The condo was clean and nice. Porch was perfect with great views of the beach and pool. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were clutch! And the pool was excellent for a quick dip or cooling off after the beach.We would and plan to stay here again!

Great condo!

The condo was huge and the views were wonderful! Loved eating breakfast and having coffee on the balcony/porch! Everything was so comfortable and no amenities were missed! Direct access to the beach and the pool was great! The best place we’ve rented in 4 years in the Seaside vicinity!

While we loved the property and location, we ran into a few hiccups. We lost hot water and the elevators kept breaking, which was challenging when you’re travelling with kids 4 and under. It was clean, but there was a lot of dust under the beds. They’re not joking when they say they have the bare minimum- not even salt and pepper! TBD if we will stay again.

Things you might need to know...

The refrigerator has a broken trim on the bottom shelf, the kitchen counters were not clean, the master bed room has a crack on the ceiling over the bed and a small hole in the wall behind the door. Overall the place was GREAT, loved the location and the balcony is WONDERFUL!!!

Spring Break 2023

Our property at 301B was wonderful and all the communication prior to our arrival was fantastic. My only disappointment was that after I spent maybe 10-12 minutes in the hot tub one afternoon, my bathing suit was completely ruined. Not sure if it was the chemicals or bleach used. This is no reflection of our host, but would like to pass this along to the property/maintenance.

Updated decor?

Dunes of Seagrove is a nice complex, but updated decor is a little bit of a stretch. Screen doors were broken on the patio. Patio chaise lounge was broken. There’s only 2 access bracelets, so if you have more than 2 adults or kids, you’ll need to swap them around and pray you don’t lose them. There’s a massive crack in the ceiling of the master bedroom. Cabinets and bathrooms are a little outdated. Appliances and TV were nice. There is no covered parking for this unit. You’ll have to park in the parking lot. Overall is a nice complex, we’ve stayed here before, just in another condo. This one (B301) needs a little bit of work.

We had a nice visit here at the property. It was spacious and user friendly. I would suggest cleaning the carpet but other than that the location was great and getting to and fro the beach was ideal with kids.

Condo and property were great! Internet and TV were having issues and they had a company rewiring the complex during the week. We didn't care because we were on vacation and enjoyed the beach and pool.

We always enjoy our time at Dunes of Seagrove. Great location and property.

This unit was lacking in some basics that are in most units(I’ve stayed in 5 different units in the last 6 years). There was only one hairdryer and it wasn’t working. We had to go out and buy a new hairdryer. There also weren’t any basic seasoning like salt and pepper. These are few basics we expect to see in the rental units.

We do include information about what is included and what is not in your confirmation emails as well as here on vrbo. If we included hair dryers, we would have had that selected as an available amenity. Unfortunately, those have a bad habit of being taken from the condo accidentally when guests depart. Per State lodging law, we are not allowed to leave any type of spices or any food products that have been opened or is not in its original packaging.

Next best thing to owning a beach property.

30A and Seagrove area has been our go to beach destination for over 20 years. Dunes of Seagrove is perfect balance of luxury at affordable price to stay at beachside. When available we love to stay on an end unit overlooking the water but did not have that opportunity this time. Management was easy to contact for any questions or issues.

Problems

Two TVs didn’t work. Bought remote batteries for one and had to wait 2 days to get other fixed. A toilet was unusable for 7hrs. No call telling us maintenance was coming to fix it. WiFi is terrible-had to use cellular data. Not enough cutlery or serving utensils. There’s no food pantry or cabinets to store food. The washer and dryer are in a bedroom which has no door. So you have to disturb the guest in that room to do laundry. The lack of a door to that room makes it impossible for that person to sleep if anyone else is up and about. We were given a credit of 5% of the total cost for the week for our trouble.
