The LOCATION: This contemporary townhome is located within Tampa's most sought after neighborhood: HYDE PARK. Here, you'll be steps from beautiful Bayshore Blvd. and the waters of Tampa Bay, while also conveniently located to The SOHO District and Hyde Park Village (both offering some of the best shopping and dining in the city). A five minute ride will have you in the heart of the city. Whether it be found along the Riverwalk, at the Tampa Convention Center, or Amalie Arena - there's always fun to be had. The Greater Tampa Bay area also features professional sports teams, exceptional golf courses, unlimited water sports, and world renowned amusement parks!

The SPACE: 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths spread over three floors. The third floor features the expansive primary suite with King bed, 55” Smart TV, walk-in closet, and spa-like bath. Also found on the third floor, is the first of two guest suites - this one with a King bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bath. The third bedroom is located on the first floor - offering absolute privacy! It's complemented by a queen bed and private bath with tub. All bedrooms are outfitted with blinds, premium mattresses, and luxurious hotel-quality, bacterial-resistant bamboo sheets and towels.

On the second floor, find the main living area - featuring a beautiful kitchen with German-made cabinetry, a large island with seating, stunning quartz countertops, and a coffee/tea bar. Completing the open concept living space is a dining area and TV lounge (featuring high-end designer furnishings, a unique wall-hung desk, and a 75inch Smart TV with Sonos sound bar), front and back balconies, and a half bath.

The unit includes a two car garage and is also equipped with 24/7 outdoor security cameras. All amenities provided are intended for use by guests and/or their invitees only. Guests and/or their invitees agree to assume all responsibilities and risks for any injuries or damages. A signed rental agreement and government issued photo ID are both required to secure your reservation.

Great Host, Location, and Condo

5 stars recommended. The husband-and-wife host and their manager could not have been more hospitable. The home was immaculate, with much better-than-average included household "extras/amenities". The location is a 2-minute walk to Bayshore BLVD, a 10-minute walk to the shops and restaurants at Hyde Park, and a 30-minute walk to downtown Tampa. THANK YOU. YNWA

Hostess with mostest

The host is really amazing leaving special things such as dog bowls out and chocolates and Nespresso. She even let me in an hour early so I could catch a meeting. We’ve stayed there multiple times and it’s wonderful love the neighborhood, walking distance, all sorts of shops and dining.

Exceptional in every way!

We have stayed at this property many times and will not stay anywhere else! Everything about this home is perfect - the LOCATION (a block away from Bayshore Blvd - a block away from restaurants on Howard and a short beautiful walk away from Hyde Park) - the HOME ITSELF (impeccably appointed with luxury amenities, beautiful furnishings, stocked with immediate essentials, spotlessly clean) - the MANAGEMENT (the communication is timely, informative and caring; the owners are amazing and so extremely thoughtful and gracious - we truly feel like family when we stay here!) and it is PET FRIENDLY!!! We can’t wait to return!!! You absolutely cannot go wrong with this amazing property!

Tampa - Steps Away from BayShore Blvd

This is our 3rd visit to this amazing property! Everything is perfect - the townhome is spotless, luxurious and well appointed. The communication with the management is always timely and informative! This is our “go to” spot!! They are so thoughtful … on this past visit they had a gift waiting for us as they knew we were coming to celebrate our sons engagement - a gift for us and a gift for my son and his fiancé. It always feels like “coming home” every time we stay!!

Tampa Hyde Park

This was our second time staying at this gorgeous property… and we are scheduled to return later this summer. Everything is perfect - it has all the luxury amenities and the location is so great - walking distance to so many places (Hyde Park, SOHO restaurants, bayshore). Really can’t be beat! The communication throughout the planning, arrival and throughout the stay is timely and informative. We love this place!

Amazing!!

Location was perfect! I’m a local and needed a place while my home was getting renovated. This is such a prime location that is a hidden gem close to everything g but tucked away so it’s so serene and quiet. Very clean and had everything we needed! Little touches were placed everywhere and you really felt the time and thought that went into the space.

The house is wonderful all the way around. Quality of interior, location, All. The. Things. BUT I cannot speak highly enough of the kindness the host provided to us during our stay. Excellent Stay!!

What a wonderful property! I can’t say enough about it. Everything down to the pillows were a delight. (So much so that I ordered them for my own home before we left) We were there for my mother in laws 85th birthday. Upon our arrival there were birthday cupcakes waiting for her! What a wonderful surprise. It made her day! We will def be back to stay at this property. We all had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone coming into the area. 5 stars all around!!

Perfect Tampa Retreat

This well equipped townhouse is beautiful. The furnishings and fixtures are top notch. The location is ideal, with the Tampa Bayshore and Hyde Park Village within walking distance. Our guests loved staying here while they were visiting us in Tampa. There are several restaurants and shops nearby. The townhouse is the perfect Tampa retreat.

Perfect Tampa Weekend

We so enjoyed this property which is so close to Bayshore and Hyde Park! Really beautiful townhome and it is includes so many luxury features.
