Breakers West C-1 is a beautifully appointed island rental located in the small beachfront community of Breakers West. This top-floor unit offers wonderful views of the garden and pool deck, along with brand-new flooring, modern appliances, and stylish beach-chic furnishings.

The condo features:
Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, seamlessly open to the dining room and living room for easy interaction.
Writing desk with USB charging ports, perfect for work or creative projects.
The dining area seating 4, leads into the living room that opens up to the lanai with views of the pool and landscaped grounds.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch and a large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.

Bedroom Layout:
Master bedroom: King bed with an ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Perfect location & accommodations

Clean, cute and well equipped. Included is a wagon, beach chairs, shell digger, shell bag, goggles and snorkels andbeach towels! Heated pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. The beach was maybe 75 yards away. The kitchen had all necessary equipment, beds and furniture were very comfortable and so peaceful! We will definitely stay again!!

Sanibel Getaway

We had a fantastic time at the lovely Kingfisher vacation rental at Breakers West. The atmosphere of the rental property was exactly what we needed, quiet, peaceful, beautifully decorated & spacious. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time on Sanibel. The property was so conveniently located to the beach! We could hear the roar of the waves as we sat on the screened porch. We will definitely return soon! Thanks for making our vacation a success!

Very relaxing

The condo was very quiet and relaxing. It had all of the things we needed for a wonderful time. Kitchen was clean with new appliances, laundry was clean and new as well. Screened in deck was relaxing and the air conditioning worked well. Lots of extra towels for the beach and beach chairs.

Beautiful Luxury Condo

This was a beautiful 2 BR, 2 Bath condo located within easy walking distance to the beach. Well appointed with all the amenities needed for our stay. It is right on the road, however, there was no noticeable traffic noise. Laundry in unit on site with all Beach accessories supplied: chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand scoop, and beach towels. Would be pleased to stay in this condo again.

Labor Day Weekend at Sanibel

Our unit # was not on the confirmation so it was a difficult check in, being a Holiday weekend. Parking is difficult to say the least. Our designated spot was always taken which caused us to park in the nearby construction area. The unit is lovely. Lots of clean towels, beach equipment (although being Floridians we had our own), kitchen fully equipped, laundry in the unit, pool nice and cool. Bummer, internet not working. Overall it is a nice place and hopefully the construction site next door is for more parking.

Beautiful condo

The condo is great,- roomy, new and comfortable. No issues or complaints. Something to be aware of for those with walking issues, it is close to the (quiet) Sanibel-Captiva road, a far fair walk from the beach. Would stay again.

Construction derails peace

Pros: super clean, convenient location and very short walk down path to the beach, kitchen is well equipped, beach chairs, great trolley and toys are supplied, and the furnishings are new and nicely coordinated. Cons: the unit is adjacent to the road, parking is limited, the beds are hard and uncomfortable (a pillow topper would be advised), need more kitchen towels (there were only 2 towels and three wash clothes, water pressure is low, and limited beach towels. The most disturbing was the Construction that was outside the lanai. Large concrete pipes are being installed so what view, of landscaping there is, is a mud pile and noisy during the day. Additionally, the construction is adjacent to the parking space where the workers parked their vehicle so that we were inconvenienced by their schedule and had difficulty parking in the assigned space. I’m sure that the owners were aware of this construction and should have disclosed this to us. Lastly, the condo next door was having new tile installed the last two days of our week. The pounding and scraping of the workers made it impossible to stay in the unit during the day. Peaceful - no - but Sanibel is a jewel and I am sure that once the construction is done and the view restored, the condo will be a more quiet haven for future tenants.

Exactly what was needed

I could not have been more please wit the property. a few times i will say properties are miss represented....you never really know what you are getting until you arrive. This was not the case! this was an absolutely lovely property, clean, everything brand new...and everything you could ask for. we have already reccomended this unit to several of our friends. thank you for a lovely property .
