Great location on Lake Murray!

Had a great family get together at this property! Wonderful location on the lake, with close proximity to grocery and dining choices. Check-in was easy, and house was large and spacious. Would definitely stay there again!

We had great space it was perfect for our grandkids. enjoyed the stay very much. It did need some repairs that houses normally need. But very roomy place and very close to grocery stores , Public, Food Lion and Walmart. the teenagers loved the TV rooms for their X BOX.

Perfect Lakehouse

We had a wonderful time at this property. Very centrally located to restaurants and grocery store(s) too. Beautiful lake views. The property was accommodating for our crew - we had a great time.

Gorgeous lake!

You can see to the bottom of this clean lake from the dock. Such a beautiful location. The house was perfect for my family. We appreciated special touches such as quality shampoo, lots of towels, candles and great communication from the host.

Lake Murray

Overall we had a good stay however there were a few challenges. We had some issues with sugar ants in multiple bathrooms and woke up the last morning of our stay to no running water in the house. We enjoyed the size of the property and the ability to spread out. We were unable to use the dock to swim due to rough water in the lake throughout our stay

Spacious lake house

Great lake house with plenty of room for tired people to space out after a big day on the lake! The sunsets were spectacular!One word of caution for people with inboard motor boats . . . The seaweed is a problem. We had to dive and clear our inboard propeller every time we took out the boat. But the home and host were great!

Great spacious house for families to gather

We rented this property for a family wedding nearby. It has a wonderful view from most rooms and plenty of space. There are 3 living rooms and 2 dining tables in addition to the 4 spacious bedrooms. This would be ideal in the summertime with it's new dock.

Easter Stay

We had a great stay at this house. All of the bedrooms were spread out so there is a lot of privacy. The house is very big and everyone in our party enjoyed themselves. They are not kidding when they call it Heron Point. Each morning we saw several!

Beautiful lake getaway

Absolutely beautiful property, and perfect for multiple families. We wished we could have stayed longer. The dock had a swim bench and ladder attached so the kids were able to swim around and enjoy the water. It's within 10 minutes of restaurants and two grocery stores. The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful. We had such a great weekend!

Best family home getaway ever!

This is a beautiful home with all the bells & whistles! Our family of 10 stayed there comfortably with plenty of extra room! The location is close to Publix, Walmart, & restaurants. Being on the lake was the best! It is a very quiet and lovely neighborhood. Paul and his wife are a blessing! They responded quickly to any questions I had and did everything possible to make our experience one to remember!

Hidden Gem

Could not have been happier with the property. Perfect location. Close water access to two restaurants, gas and bait for fishing. Close lake access to groceries and anything else you may need. Owners were always quick to respond with any question. Neighbors were friendly on both sides. Exceeded our expectations.

Not what we were expecting

The location was great and had a boat ramp on property so our son could put his boat in. The property was under renovation with hardwood floors that were not down and Sheetrock that had not been completed ! No one mentioned any of this during the rental process. The back yard was great but the front of the house was a dirt pit. Overall the 40 something year old kids and families enjoyed it.

Property is in need of major TLC

Surface cleanliness was ok however this house needed some repairs and upkeep. The boat dock was very nice especially to watch the sunset and swim from but this area is on a point of open water making the water very rough. Due to this the boat rental company would not approve the boat dock for our boat to be docked. After delivering a saw how the boat was being damaged they retuned the boat to their marina which required us to drive 40 min each way each day of our rental. For these reasons I would not return to this house.
