NEW! Renovated Family-Friendly Vineyard Haven Home, Close to town!

Experience the magic of Martha's Vineyard in this newly renovated 3 bed, 3 bath retreat! The first floor features an open concept kitchen and bright dining area, cozy living room with a 55" smart TV, a full bathroom (currently under renovation for 2026 season!), and a bedroom (Queen bed). On the second level you will find a second full bathroom (with a shower/tub combo) and two additional bedrooms (one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed and a double twin trundle bed). A crib and high chair can also be provided with advance notice if needed. The basement is finished with a second family room with a 60" TV, half bathroom, and washer and dryer for your convenience.

Conveniently located about 1 mile from downtown Vineyard Haven - you are just a short bike/car ride away from the ferry, shopping, and restaurants. Want a quiet place to relax and enjoy some family time? The outdoor space boasts a brand new large deck for the 2026 season (pictures coming soon), gas grill, and fenced in yard. Get the best of both worlds with this sun-filled escape!

Peaceful getaway

Conveniently located but feels miles away from the hustle and bustle on a quiet side street! The home is beautiful clean nicely upgraded while still cozy. It is well equipped with everything you need. We would not hesitate to rent again!

Such a lovely home

We just did a quick over night but we loved this house so much we already booked it for next year! The place was extremely clean and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. The finished basement was perfect for spending time together. Melissa was so accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

Great home near Vineyard Haven

We just returned from five great days at Melissa’s home with another couple. We all were very impressed with the house: it was super-clean with nice outdoor space and an outdoor shower. Melissa thought of little touches to make the stay in the house, and on the island, easy and super enjoyable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just minutes from Vineyard Haven and a short drive to the rest of the island with its beautiful beaches and quaint towns. We would definitely stay there again.

Exceeds expectations

Excellent property. Very clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable and all building systems are excellently maintained. Property is nicer and larger than depicted in the pictures. Conveniently located in Vineyard Haven. Approximately .8 miles from Main street.

A Good Time

The home was very comfortable and well furnished; I only wish there was linen in the house for the pull-out couch in the basement. Our first night on the Vineyard, while driving to the house, we got terribly lost in the dark, but our host, Melissa, stayed on the phone with us until we found our way. Thanks Melissa.

Beautifully Decorated and Comfortable

We decided to extend our time on Martha's Vineyard and this house was perfect for the additional 3-nights. Beautifully decorated and comfortable with all the amenities to feel just like home, the location is perfect for a morning walk to downtown Vineyard Haven for breakfast and shopping. The property manager was responsive and professional. I would definitely consider staying in this house again.

We had a great time in MV. House and yard were perfectly maintained. It was a mile walk to port/town and since we didn’t have a car, that was helpful. Host was super responsive! Kitchen well stocked with new cookware, etc. our grandson didn’t get to come but host had set up crib/high chair and even a backyard toy area for him. Loved the Mama and baby turkeys in front yard!

Newly renovated, high end and well stocked!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very well appointed house! It is truly beautiful and the decor makes you want to move in. Every detail has been considered and there is nothing you could imagine needing. Close to Vineyard Haven and dtiveable to other great areas of the island!
