Welcome to Ocean Paradise, our beautiful 10th floor, 3 bedroom / 3 bath oceanfront condominium in Beach Colony Resort West on Navarre Beach, Fla. With 9 foot ceilings and 1680 square feet of indoor living comes a huge balcony for great outdoor living too. The ocean views are amazing and are backed by the gentle slap of the ocean waves.
The Master bedroom has a King bed and and an en-suite bath with double vanities, a walk-in shower and is surrounded by windows giving you full ocean views while you soak in the jetted tub .
The second bedroom also has a King bed with its own en-suite bath. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen plus a Bunk Set, and connects directly to the hallway bathroom which contains a walk-in shower.
The best views are from the huge oversized oceanfront balcony where you will have enough room to share a evening cocktail, serve dinner, or drink your morning coffee without trying to shuffle around each other.
All bedrooms and the Living Room have TVs and internet for indoor entertainment. The Living Room also has plenty of seating and its own Drink Center, with a bar and refrigerator to give you extra space to prepare that margarita to help you soak in the ocean views from the balcony. There is a full sized dining room table that can easily seat 8. The kitchen has lots of room for a family on vacation and we have a full sized washer/dryer set in our large laundry room.
The Beach Colony Resort is a gated community for your safety and offers an Olympic sized swimming pool, a fitness center with exercise machines, a grill/picnic area and a lower floor store room for guests to leave their bike, pool toys etc. so the condo won't be cluttered.
We have provided a complimentary set of 2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella that are set up for you at the shore line (March-Oct) just waiting for you to bask in the sun, sit in the shade, or just read while enjoying the soft sounds of the surf just feet away.
You are a few minutes walk from the Navarre Fishing Pier, where you can decide to fish, watch others fish, or just enjoy the sugar sand walk and play volley ball or listen to the live music at the bar and grill on weekends.
