This 3 bedroom, 2 bath with rental sleeps up to 8 guests, with a King sized bed in the master bedroom, a Queen sized bed in the second bedroom, two Twin beds in the bunkroom, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 4 TVs, 2 DVDs, stereo, and a full-sized washer and dryer located in the rental. Monthly winter rentals are welcomed. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**
