Hemingway Cottage sur la riviĂšre Pithlacootee

Ce chalet confortable de 2 chambres Ă  coucher, 1 salle de bain de 1935 de style Hemingway est trĂšs proche de l'historique New Port Richey, en Floride. Notre maison est entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e avec des appareils modernes et confortablement meublĂ©e. Il a une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec micro-ondes, table avec 4 chaises, salon avec TV et WiFi. La salle de bain avec douche est adaptĂ©e aux handicapĂ©s. Les deux chambres sont meublĂ©es avec des lits "queen". Waschecke avec grande laveuse et sĂ©cheuse sont dans un coin du Floridazimmer, oĂč vous pouvez vous asseoir confortablement. Il y a aussi une table et 6 chaises. Le jardin est clĂŽturĂ© et dispose de nombreuses places de stationnement pour les voitures et les bateaux.

Environs: Notre Cottage Hemingway est à distance de marche des cafés, des restaurants et du centre de New Port Richey. Il se trouve juste à cÎté du parc Sims et à proximité immédiate du pittoresque lac Orange, un lieu de promenade idéal! Traversez Sims Park jusqu'à Main Street ou longez la pittoresque riviÚre Pithlachascotee. Sims Park possÚde une magnifique aire de jeux pour enfants et un petit parc aquatique pour enfants, avec une salle de sport pour les plus grands et un théùtre Amphi!
New Port Richey et donc Sims Park accueillent de nombreux événements tels que les rues Chasco et le défilé de bateaux en mars, le défilé de Noël et le défilé de bateaux en décembre, divers films en plein air, concerts, marchés en plein air, etc.
Vous pouvez voir la rampe de bateau publique, qui est située sur Main Street et River Road depuis la maison. Vous pouvez également faire du kayak ou un dériveur du Sims Park dans l'eau.

Histoire: New Port Richey semblait devenir un autre Hollywood dans les annĂ©es vingt ou du moins des vacances d’hiver pour les stars hollywoodiennes. En ce moment, l'hacienda est en cours de rĂ©novation.

Location was perfect for our needs. Beautiful park across the street. Our host was very quick responding in the emails. Clean comfortable home. Only a couple thing that might need attending; Bathroom sink drained slowly. Thicker mattress pads needed. Overall stay we really enjoyed the home. We would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

Parkside at New Port Richey

Great little house, great neighborhood, seamless check-in and out, and a very accommodating & nice landlord.Very relaxing and fun place to visit. Lots of nearby good restaurants, sights to see and activities to partake in.

Awesome area

Loved walking across the street to a beautiful walk along the river and through a beautiful park with beautiful fountain area or sit on a peaceful bench in the park or a nice walk downtown to shop, eat, drink...Will definitely try to visit here again!

Excellent location

My parents and I enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is perfect for walks around the park or into town. My parents are elderly so the handicap accommodations were perfect! The host is very quick to respond to questions and she made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Comfortable stay at Hemingway Cottage in NPR

Cottage had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Great location on the park and walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. We appreciated the beach chairs which we used often. Highly recommended!

Excellent all around

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is just perfect, close to everything but still private. The cottage was so cute and very clean. I love Muscovy ducks and there were plenty to see and feed. Andrea was wonderful and very prompt with communication. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you!!

Cozy house with lots of nearby activities.

Went to Florida to visit my son and family. This place was close to their home and had lots of things to keep the kiddos busy while visiting us - games, playground and park nearby. The host was great at communicating with me. Thanks so much for sharing your place.

Great host, great place!!

My son decided to extend his stay a day at the last minute. Andrea accommodated our change. The cottage is lovely, right across the street from Sims park. Lots of walkable places to visit, eat at etc. I wouldnt hesitate to book again when the kids come back to visit.

We enjoyed our stay at Hemmingway Cottage!

Great location in the center of revitalized Downtown New Port Richey. Right across the street from Sims Park and Orange Lake and the Cotee Riverwalk. Great surroundings for activities and daily walks. Downtown has a wide variety of restaurants, craft breweries, ice cream shops, theater and the renovated Hacienda Hotel has a great restaurant. The cottage suited us perfectly and Andrea, the host was a pleasure to deal with, always ready to help with any needs. Would definitely recommend a stay at The Cottage!

Complete comfort

New Port Richey is a wonderfully laid back small city and this rental is the best! Completely walkable to all the town has to offer and right across the street from a beautiful park on the river. The landlord Andrea is very nice and helpful with any questions and the cottage is clean and supplied with everything to make you right at home. Can’t wait to visit again.

Hemingway Cottage

The cottage is quaint and was comfortable for two people. The park is right across the street and Main Street is on the other side of the park with lots of shops and restaurants. for walking during the day. All of this you see while you walk along the river.

Wonderful return visit to Hemingway Cottage!

Stayed with Andrea last year and couldn’t wait to come back! Clean, comfortable home with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and stress free vacation. Located on the edge of Sims Park we strolled along the Pithlachascotee River and thru the beautiful Park to the vibrant New Port Richey downtown many times
peaceful and perfect for us. Andrea continues to be a great Host as evidenced by our thoughtful accommodations and her clear and immediate communication when needed. Treat yourself

A quaint littke find!!

The location was perfect! We regret that due to colder weather, we did not get out to enjoy the park and riverwalk. The heart of New Port Richey is very charming and easily accessible on foot. Communication with Andrea was excellent. Since we used the front door to come and go, a walkway, if some sort, to the driveway would have been handy to avoid going through the yard. The cottage was very comfortable for our needs. A pod type coffee maker would have been nice, as we did bring pods from home. Furniture was comfortable and it was nice to have a few fleece throws to use. The outlets on the bedside clocks were a welcome find! We would definitely stay again if in the area. .

Home away from home

This was a quaint little home with just the right amount of things to make it feel like a home, but not be too much stuff. The AC stayed at the appropiate temperature we set it at. No bugs to be found in tge home whatsoever, other than an occasional lizard out on the lanai 😁, but thats to be expected in Florida. Communication was great with Andrea. I would give her feedback on just a few very minor things that I noticed and she responded with grace and appreciation. My father loves this little cottage and we will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Thank you Andrea for making us feel like this was our home away from home
