Beautiful Country Setting on a small horse farm

Country home nestled back in the woods surrounded by natures sites and sounds. Horses, goats, cats and other small animals on site. Heated swimming pool, hot tub, and pond. Quiet and private setting. Close to Amish Country and the quaint little town of Chagrin Falls. Both are within 20 minutes driving distance. Plenty of unique shopping and amazing dining opportunities. Relax in the Tiki Bar and enjoy cocktails by the pool. In the evening, enjoy the hot tub surrounded by the sounds of nature. Enjoy the view of horses and goats roaming in the paddocks. Full kitchen with all the tools you need to cook an amazing meal or simply cook out on the gas grill. Sit around the fire pit for a cozy country bonfire at night. If you have horses and a trailer I can also accommodate up to 3 horses in my barn. Absolutely beautiful riding trails nearby. If it’s a little chilly and you feel the need for watching TV by the fireplace inside, it makes for a cozy evening. Feel free to explore the woods and go for a hike. Plenty do do and see all wrapped up in this country home. (🐯 My kitty, Itty Bitty, comes and goes as she pleases. Sometimes she enters the house. If this is a problem or if you have allergies please let me know in advance.). The pool closes after the first week in October. The hot tub remains open for the entire winter. Winter is beautiful here. Go for a walk in the woods, make a fire in the fire pit while soaking in the hot tub. Indoor fireplace is also a favorite. If you want to get away from the every day hustle and bustle of life, come to relax and tune out the rest of the world for a while. The pool will officially close October 2, 2022 and will reopen in May 2023. The hot tub will still be open for use all throughout the winter

April 8, 2024 Great American Eclipse & Birthday Weekend
We chose this amazing property about eight months before April 8 to enjoy the eclipse in the path of totality and also to celebrate my 50th birthday. This was a fantastic property in so many ways, but especially if you are an animal lover. The ranch has two friendly horses, two friendly goats, a super friendly cat, itty bitty, and host Sarah that stops by twice daily to tend the animals along with her dog Moose. Communication with Sarah was extraordinary! She is a gracious and friendly host with lots of support, information and hospitality. She was available and helpful from the initial property rental all the way through our stay and checkout. The event was in April so the pool was closed, but the hot tub, fire pit, koi pond were all attractive exterior features. Indoor, the heating was comfortable and the living space was generous. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to feel at home, and linens and towels were all included. I could not have asked for a better birthday weekend! Being in the path of totality on what was eventually clear enough after threats of cloud cover, spending time with my family, and being in such a unique and wonderful property made this an event of a life time! Girls Trip
We had a blast on our Summer girls trip. We had breakfast on the deck, swam all day, and were highly entertained by all of the animals. A perfect staycation location!

Lovely Peaceful Getaway
The house was great, linens, towels, paper products provided. We loved the pool, outdoor areas, and interacting with the animals (goats, kittens, horses, and Moose the dog.) We were unsure about only having one bathroom, but it ended up not being a problem. Please check the battery on the door lock (code entry), it truly wasn't working. The motor would run as if it was locking, but it was always unlocked. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous place with us!

We enjoyed our stay with our kids and grandkids. The home was so welcoming and relaxing.We enjoyed all the animals, pool and hot tub! We look forward to coming back again! This was the perfect little getaway and so quaint!
