Perfect 1 Bed in the City Center of Grand Rapids

Stay in the heart of Downtown! You have the ability to walk to all Downtown GR has to offer. Whether you are a seasoned business traveler or family visiting to experience Grand Rapids, our space can be accommodating to all!

Enjoy a unique loft setting with in-unit washer & dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. We also take sanitation & cleanliness serious. Our unit has HEPA filters in place and we sanitize high touch points on each stay.
The space
There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a full size pullout in the living room.

You are DOWNTOWN, which means you will have lively downtown sounds such as music from nearby bars and hear people on the streets occasionally.
Guest access
The city recently introduced a scooter share through Lime. These are a great way to get around quickly with designated drop-off points.

PAID parking is available directly next door to the building for a nightly rate of $35.

You can also find street parking fairly easily. The City of Grand Rapids enforces parking meters Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm. Unless marked otherwise, the meters are free after 6pm and also free on weekends.

If you have time, we suggest you find street parking if staying over the weekend. For convenience , you can pay to park in the lot next door.

Location was great

It was a great place to stay downtown and walking distance to concert was awesome !! Down point was the cost of parking in the parking garage .. other than that was awesome!!

Great Downtown Spot

We loved staying here, it's an absolutely perfect location for staying on-foot for your entire Grand Rapids stay. Free parking downtown all weekend comes in handy, and there's a garage directly next door if needed. Apartment is above a bar which can occasionally be heard, but we loved the lively atmosphere and fun of having entertainment so close by. We'll definitely be staying here again, can't wait to go back!

Walking distance to everything you could need!

Short walk to Van Andel - we were there for a concert. Check in process was smooth, unit was clean and there was water and Red Bull in the fridge along with a few snacks. Everything was great. One recommendation - if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. The city noise can be loud at times. I would definitely stay there again!

Fun loft style condo in the middle of everything.

LOUD

This was a really nice property for a couple, everything was clean, comfortable and well-kept, and the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The communication from hosts was excellent, everything you needed to know was well-outlined in the unit. The major problem with this property was the noise. The description does say that the unit is right downtown, and that you will hear "lively downtown sounds such as music from nearby bars and hear people on the streets occasionally." What an understatement. Despite running the fan all night for some background noise, we were bombarded with club music, heated yelling, and revving of engines that mimicked something out of Fast and Furious. The excessive noise was sustained until 2:30 am. Even with earplugs, we would have felt the building vibrating from the bass emanating in the club below. And this unit is on the top floor! Collectively, it was one of the worst nights' sleeps for either of us. In fairness, we stayed at this property on a Saturday night, and maybe I should have considered that in hindsight. It's possible that this this unit is more peaceful during the week, but I wouldn't be so sure based on another review. Consider carefully before reserving.

Great location

I was in town for work. The rental was in a great location. The area of the city was lively and friendly. I loved the music going on across the street at the park and the food selections within walking distance were excellent. The only downside is the street and garage noise. If you're a light sleeper I would not recommend. I am a heavy sleeper, luckily. I would recommend this spot for a single traveler or couple. I would absolutely book again if I'm ever back in town .

Beautiful well-kept apartment in the heart of downtown

Great apartment, great location, pretty noisy!

Me, my husband, and almost two year old daughter stayed here for two nights. The apartment was clean and had several nice complementary treats in the kitchen for us to enjoy. It's in an excellent, walkable location in GR. We read in the listing that street noise can occur (the apartment is right above a bar), but we took a chance because we were staying on a Monday and Tuesday, so figured it wouldn't be too bad. It ended up being difficult to sleep with the noise going on till 2-3am! If you are a light sleeper or have small children, be aware of that. Also, while we were there the elevator was down. That was clearly unplanned and our host was a great communicator about it. If we had a disability that required use of the elevator, that would have been a major issue, but we managed.

The condo was as advertised! Great decor good views and perfect for my wife and me to get away for a few days! There’s a bunch to do with walking distance. We would definitely stay again!
