At the famous Venture Out in PCB - a gated community with a 3 minute walk/ride to a private beach, 2 pools, tennis courts, shuffle board courts, putt-putt, basketball court, boat launch, and is next door to St. Andrew's State Park.
Enjoy the resort and the surrounding area with our brand new 6 person STREET LEGAL golf cart - the Barracuda Scooda. Who needs a rental car when you can cart around on any street with a speed limit of 35 MPH or less? This brand new (April 2023)cart has Lithium Ion batteries and lists a 20+ mile range. It will be charged and ready to go upon your arrival.
The space is airy and bright with a comfortable open concept kitchen and a large front room to gather and celebrate. Enjoy watching cable TV in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and in the main room. Living room has an Apple TV box to meet all of your streaming needs. Super high speed internet provided for those who have to mix business with pleasure. There are plenty of kitchen utensils to cook with and we just set up a new propane BBQ on the side of the house.

The resort has a $75/car parking fee per stay
