Incredible modern apartment in downtown Miami, with spectacular panoramic views of the city and the bay. Surrounded by shops, restaurants to enjoy. The apartment is located near Bayside shopping center. 10 minutes drive to famous south beach Miami and ocean drive.

Modern 2 bedroom 1.5 bath and 1 sofa bed Apt W/ amazing city/ocean view from 30th floor in the heart of downtown! Sleeps 4! Building. High-speed internet & there are 3 smart TVS with HBO Max and the main one has satellite cable.

PLEASE NOTE - Parking included! Other units in the building or Hotels near by do not offer free parking. "OUR PARKING IS FREE 24/7". What others charge is Valet Parking at the next door lot for $26 0 - 6 hours and OVERNIGHT is $54. There is parking on the street but still you be charged by the hour.

Features 1 resort pool with mini bar on the 15th floor, gym open 24-7, fitted with state-of-the-art equipment , full-service restaurant and bar located on the ground floor.

It is required that the people who are going to stay in the apartment provide a photo of their ID.

Metromover station is located in front of the building, it is a freepeople mover that operates seven days a week from 5am to midnight in the downtown Miami and Bricklell area. It connects directly with metrorail at goverment center and Bricklell station. Metro rail can take you directly to the airport.

Place was exactly as described. Clean, easy to access, and with free parking. Juan did an excellent job communicating before and during our stay!

Great spot and host

Our family of four visited for our son's 18th birthday and this apartment was ideal the right amount of space and well-located. Juan was very communicative. We'll stay here again when we come back to Miami.

Our Stay

The property was quite good, however there was a fire at the parking facility . Sadly the manager never informed us of this and we were quite confused when we got there and found it closed and had to pay $60 in parking at other lots. Also I wasn't informed that the key that was in a storage box in that lot would not be there, so I spent half an hour trying to get into the lot to get the door key. No form of compensation was offered to offset the extra parking fees. I am sure once the parking situation is fixed that the rental would be 5 star
