Charming Waterfront 2BR 2BA Condo at IconBrickell

Welcome to my beautiful condo! It offers impressive views of Biscayne Bay, Downtown Miami, and the Miami River.

Located just 3 blocks from 5-star restaurants and Brickell City Centre, and a short walk to Brickell Key and Mary Brickell Village, this home is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and business professionals alike!

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other room has 2 twin-sized beds.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and are the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

The unit also includes high-speed WiFi, and a TV with Hotwire cable that can be used during your stay! The building has also a pool, spa, gym, and restaurants where you can have an access to it.

Other things to note
Check-in time is strictly between 4pm to 6pm ONLY.

* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building at least 24 hours before the check in date. ID is required including extra guests.

No free parking is provided but there are several paid parking spots nearby around $30-$40/day.

Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

*Pool is only available Mondays to Thursdays, and Sundays. Closed from Friday and Saturday for maintenance.
Need amenity card to access the pool. They can get it from the 15th floor.

Beautiful place. Perfect location.

This two bedroom condo was perfect for what we needed: plenty of space for our party of 4, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, AND THE VIEWS! Check in was a little awkward, but would stay again.

Brickwell- Miami Experience

This location is beautiful and the views are to die for. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owner was very responsive and always checking to see how things were going.

Family trip to Miami

Great location downtown. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. 25 uber ride to Southbeach. The pool is outstanding. It has to be a football field long and has different sections, kid, warm and a cooler section. Our family had a good time. Host was good. I’d recommend.

Fantastic Condominium

We recently stayed at this fantastic condominium. The unit was incredible clean and comfortable with all the amenities, including the building's gym and amazing pool. Perfectly situated, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. Check-in was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the host clear instructions provided ahead of time. Highly recommended!

Nice View, But Poor Communication and Building Concerns

We’ve rented through VRBO many times, but this was one of our most frustrating stays. We confirmed our 4 PM arrival in advance, but no one was there to meet us. After 20 minutes, someone (not the host) showed up but couldn’t check us in due to missing paperwork I had submitted 2 months earlier. We waited 45 minutes to access the unit.The condo was fairly clean with a nice view, but it needed maintenance, scraped walls, a broken bedside lamp, and a bathroom toilet that didn’t function properly. Mid-stay, we were locked out for over two hours due to a dead keypad battery. Multiple messages went unanswered, and once a locksmith finally arrived he had to use the TV remote batteries to fix the keypad/lock once we were in. On checkout day, I noticed a woman sitting outside our door for a hour before we checked out. This was concerning as there had been a murder in the building just 2 weeks before. She entered the unit as we were walking out without identifying herself, likely cleaning staff, but no notice was given. The host again didn’t respond for nearly 4 hours.The building itself was concerning. Common areas often smelled of marijuana, and we saw police in the lobby on more than one occasion. I felt safe with my husband, but I would not have felt comfortable staying here alone.We’re experienced travelers and property owners ourselves, and this stay fell in far below our expectations. I would not stay here again or recommend it to family or friends.
