The property exceeded expectations. It was clean well situated and had a lot of wonderful amenities. Communication with our host was absolutely flawless. Neighborhood was clean and safe for our daily walks. Would’ve actually stayed longer If it wasn’t booked. Rest assured we will check this unit out again when we get up this way. go Bills.

This place was very warm and cozy for our weekend getaway. Location was perfect for what we had planned. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and communicated promptly. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again!!

Smoke from back yard filled the apartment we where in one night but other that that it was great

Was an overall pleasant experience, clean cute small apartment, friendly local neighbors.

Slightly confusing to first locate the property, after that everything was pleasant! Would definitely book with this host again in the future. Convenient location.

Perfect for a quick getaway

It is very clean, probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever laid on. There are 2 TVs in the livingroom which is great for sports.

Wedding Weekend Hideaway

My wife and I have a lovely stay at Greg’s rental for a wedding weekend in the Buffalo area. The space was clean and comfortable, with easy access to the Buffalo Botanical Gardens, downtown, and a bunch of great restaurants in the Southtowns. Highly recommended.

Perfect little place.

My husband and i stayed 2 nights. We were there for a wedding. . The place was very clean. The king sized bed was comfortable. The listing says hot tub, but no hot tub. Would recommend.

Property was ideally located for where we needed to go. We stayed here 26 nights so the apartment was a little small for that length of stay. Great little apartment. Very clean. Host was very responsive. The BED was the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on and the pillow. I came home and had to purchase one. Also Go bills!

Spotless. Decorated very nicely. Well stocked with linens. Comfy. Great location for being close to Southtowns, City & Northtowns. Fun neighborhood for walking. Close to restaurants & bars. Owner on top of all our needs.
