Great little apartment. Very clean. Host was very responsive. The BED was the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on and the pillow. I came home and had to purchase one. Also Go bills!

Perfect for a quick getaway

It is very clean, probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever laid on. There are 2 TVs in the livingroom which is great for sports.

Property was ideally located for where we needed to go. We stayed here 26 nights so the apartment was a little small for that length of stay. Weekend Getaway

This place was very warm and cozy for our weekend getaway. Location was perfect for what we had planned. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and communicated promptly. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again!!

Wedding Weekend Hideaway

My wife and I have a lovely stay at Greg’s rental for a wedding weekend in the Buffalo area. The space was clean and comfortable, with easy access to the Buffalo Botanical Gardens, downtown, and a bunch of great restaurants in the Southtowns. Highly recommended.

Perfect little place.

My husband and i stayed 2 nights. We were there for a wedding. . The place was very clean. The king sized bed was comfortable. The listing says hot tub, but no hot tub. Would recommend.

Highly Recommend! I stayed at this Vrbo for a work trip, and the experience was fantastic. The host went above and beyond, ensuring the sidewalk and driveway were shoveled daily, which was a huge help. He also checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and even sent over a half pizza—such a thoughtful touch! The hospitality made my stay comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Nice place, but...

Really like the place. It was nice and cozy. But it would of been nicer if the other Tenants left us alone. (We only had two nights) Sometimes people like to "dump" their drama in me. We ended up not feeling fully relaxed and comfortable so we left a day early.

This unit is perfect. Everything is as pictured or better. There is even a great spot in the backyard to use. I cannot recommend this enough!

Incredible stay!!

This was an incredible place. We went to Niagara falls for the weekend, and also discovered the incredible places in Buffalo. The river was just 5 minutes away! Greg is incredible! He called and wrote out the details for us, made the stay easy and pleasurable. The home has everything you could ask for. The apartment is very elegant, clean and quiet. Strongly recommend for a great Niagara Falls and or Buffalo vacation!
