• This is a self-checking facility. A welcome book is provided in the house.
• This property features a Ring doorbell security camera located next to the front door and 2 exterior cameras located on the side of the house and backyard. All of them face out and do not look into any interior space.
• This property features a noise sensor in the kitchen. The device does not record sound, only noise levels and motions. The device will send out a reminder to you and us if the noise level is above 80 dB for 10 minutes.
• There is an optional daily pool heating fee of $100/night if guests want to heat the swimming pool
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
