Nice home and good locstion

Location walkable to restaurants, close to highway and quiet neighborhood. House did have a loud (plumbing we think) noise real early every morning.

Great home away from home

We spent two weeks in this home. The neighborhood is very nice. Several restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies are nearby. Easy to get to the freeways. Nice and peaceful!

Beautiful home great location

This property was amazing! Centrally located so we could do lots of sight seeing. Property manager was great to deal with. Excellent time with my spouse and two teenage children.

Girlfriends Trip

The house was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I can think of to add would be hair dryers for each bathroom. Three of us had to share one hair dryer.

Beautiful mountain view.

Very nice home in a nice neighborhood with beautiful mountains views. Great pool area. Some issues accessing entry to the home which were quickly resolved. Overall very nice.

Wonderful Stay!

Very comfortable and well-appointed. Wifi works well which is great because cell coverage was nonexistent within a couple blocks of the home. Great, friendly communication from start to finish. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay in Glendale

The house was amazing and we loved the pool/spa area. It was very close to spring training ballparks which was the reason for our visit. The neighborhood the house was located in was great and very quiet. We would definitely stay at this house again!

OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

My 3 siblings and I flew in from Ohio to visit our Dad in Sun City. The comfort of this home was such a surprise that we hope to make this an annual trip. We were blown away by the amenities offered by this host. Very generous!!! Jodi, the property manager was awesome! Thank you Jodi!!! We all gave our visit a 10 out of 10! A very pleasant surprise!

Nice Home in a great location.

Property is very nice in a quiet neighborhood. My friends and I stay each year for just over a week. Glendale just seems to be the right location to access the rest of the Phoenix area. Definitely recommend this Home for your next visit to Arizona.

5 Week Stay

We gave the property a 5 star overall rating since we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The interaction with the property manager was excellent and the property location and layout are wonderful. Having stayed 5 weeks our needs and perceptions may differ from other renters. Some suggestions for improvement include a slight upgrade in kitchenware (we cooked in a lot), some minor household repairs (e.g., kitchen cabinet doors), and the need for new shade umbrellas out back.

Christmas at Arrowhead

We had a great experience, staying at this Arrowhead property. As a family of 5, there was plenty of room and beds for everyone. We had putting contests in the backyard and enjoyed evening hot tubs, although the weather was a bit dreary. The nearby Thunderhead Preserve had beautiful hiking trails of all levels too. The Legend of Arrowhead golf course and the 500 Club (both very close) provided my college golfer plenty of opportunities to practice and play in her off season. Thank you for a memorable Christmas!

Excellent Host and Home

My wife and I really enjoyed the home. The Host was excellent about texting us before we arrived and was very proactive. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. I would highly recommend.

Loved every minute

Beautiful, well stocked home in quiet neighborhood on golf course. Only bummer was course was closed for remodel but I plan to visit it next year!

Great pool vacation!

My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this lovely home. We stayed during a week that saw record high temperatures, so most of our time was spent in the pool. The pool was wonderful and there was plenty of room for our family of four. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great property for some R&R with the family!

100 Years of Marriage....well actually 103

The property was perfect for us and our daughter and her husband, and our son and his wife. Everyone had their own bedroom with their own bath. We all enjoyed the backyard pool and hot tub.

Spacious & awesome back yard

This home is very clean, has a great floorplan, and a fantastic back yard. The pool is large enough for a small group, as is the hot tub. Great layout in the home to allow for a small group to have plenty of room. We'll definitely consider this home again when we vacation in AZ.
