Come unwind and take in the beautiful views in this spacious and serene space. Private main level apt above a lower level apt in a two-family home. Separate entrance. Peaceful location and proximity to gorgeous hiking/waterfalls or winter skiing. Enjoy wildlife, the sunrise over the valley and the vast farmland that surrounds the home. Driveway parking. Contactless Check-in. Conveniently located. 15min to downtown Ithaca, Treman and Buttermilk Falls. 4min to the famous Brookton Market Cafe!

THE SPACE
The space was designed with comfort, convenience and cleanliness in mind. The large leather couch, blankets, WiFi and Smart TV offer you a cozy reprieve after an adventurous day. The Kitchen is stocked with necessities for Meal Prep, Filtered Water Pitcher, Ice maker, Keurig with Coffee/Tea & Creamer, Cookware, Dishes, Glassware, Utensils, Dishwasher and more. Other items like a blowdryer are also provided. Feel free to message me with any questions!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire upper level with separate private entrance.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our neighborhood and apartment is serene and quiet. If we are home, you will hear some movement and possible occasional barking when the mail carrier comes around :)

Family Wedding

Our nephew got married this weekend. The house was close to the rehearsal dinner and even closer to the wedding venue. The house was beautiful, well appointed and the views were spectacular! We loved having coffee on the deck and enjoying the wonderful weather!

Property is very clean and totally updated. Host provided more than any other place I have stayed. (Even white vinegar so we made poached eggs for breakfast!) The view is beautiful and coffee on deck each morning was sooo relaxing! We loved our stay here. I highly recommend.

Caroline's place: a five-star Finger Lakes experience!

GF and I spent three days in late June at Caroline's lovely home just to the east of Ithaca. Furnishings were very complete and comfortable, water from the shower was hot and abundant, and the Internet connection was fast and stable. For us, an added bonus was the fireflys' nightly riotous lightshow extravaganza as viewed from the back deck, accompanied by hours of starry skies. Caroline's home is convient to Ithaca and a pleasant, scenic drive to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake. I recommend Caroline's home without qualification!

Great property

Absolutely a great location and view was amazing. Property was lovely and very functional. The only issue was it appaears it was not cleaned. the refrigerator had an terrible odor and the bedrooms had dead bugs everywhere Headboards and floors. The kitchen counters were sticky and all around the toaster were crumbs and a few ants. I am sure this was an oversite and not a reason not to return. ONe could see the property was generally well cared for. We talked about staying again when we visit family next year.

Maria's place in Caroline was great! Perfect for our family of 4 during our trip to the area for a college tour and sightseeing. The view was beautiful, the place well-appointed. I recommend it!

Brooktondale is known as a beautiful place to live with a strong sense of community and neighborly love. The Brookton Market Cafe is my favorite gem outside of the local Gorges, Waterfalls, hiking, biking, lakes and wineries. Here you are able to experience a stay in the gorgeous countryside while still having the convenience of being close to the sights.
