The bright, coastal-themed interior welcomes you home after days of adventure and comes well-equipped for in-home comfort and convenience. You'll find everything needed for planning at-home meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The living room smart TV is ideal for family movie nights and there's also a small flatscreen TV in the bedroom for added convenience. Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

For an additional sleeping option, there’s a full sofabed in the living room.
Community restrictions prohibit grilling in common areas and hanging towels or beach gear on railings.
Smoking is not permitted along common area walkways and is strictly prohibited in or at the home.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
