Grand Studio dans 'Le Marais' - PrĂšs de tout!

Cet appartement est beaucoup plus spacieux que le studio moyen à Paris: 350 pieds carrés.
Lieu, l’historique quartier du Marais en plein centre de tous les points d’interĂȘt!contrairement Ă  des quartiers excentriques, vous n'aurez pas Ă  courir plus de quelques mĂštres Ă  faire vos courses ou trouver des boutiques et des restaurants de toutes sortes, des bistrots et aussi des jolis jardins pour vous reposer.
3 stations de métro et 5 lignes au choix, à 3 ou 4 minutes de la porte d'entrée vous emmÚneront partout dans Paris. Le Georges Pompidou ou le musée Picasso sont à moins de 10 minutes.

L'appartement est situé au premier étage (un étage au dessus du niveau de la rue).
3 grandes fenĂȘtres sur une cour, Ă  l’écart des bruits de la rue!

Dans la cuisine séparée: tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner.
Le studio est Ă©quipĂ© d'un lit queen size dans une alcĂŽve et un canapĂ© 2 places convertible. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis et mĂȘme une planche Ă  repasser et un sĂšche-cheveux.

The studio is in a perfect location for visiting Paris! The Le Marais neighborhood is lively with many café, stores and restaurants. Even little hidden gems like a bubble tea shop just down the street. The studio is very close to 2 different metro stations which made exploring even easier. The studio itself was quaint and always had nice hot water for showers. The door is metal and heavy with a heavy-duty deadbolt so we never worried about our safety. The exterior door also has a punch code so really you have two layers of security. The host, Claude, was so kind and welcoming. She was so responsive whenever we had to message her about any questions we had. We even had an issue with our return flight and asked if we could stay on additional night past our original reservation and Claude worked with us to allow an extra night in the studio. Her help took so much stress away from us so we could enjoy our last days in Paris. Wonderful host, great studio in a great location. If we ever return to Paris, I will definitely be contacting Claude again!

A short stay in Paris

This is a wonderful location for a short stay. Metro and trains in easy walking distance, close to the Seine, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and still nice a residential feel near food markets and corner restaurants.

Good value in Paris

The booking, communication, check in and check out we're all excellent. The location is great for exploring Paris using the Metro. I am more interested in function over luxury and this place provided great value. This was my first VRBO.

Quiet studio in very busy metropolis.

1 flight walk up to this simple studio. The street looks deserted by day, but alive with shops in the afternoon. This apartment provided us with the real Paris experience with a close by Boulangerie, Easy access to the Metro, and a person who sleeps on the stairs. The studio was clean & showers were hot. City tap water tastes good here. Claude (speaks perfect English) was charming and made herself available to meet us there for check in.

Great flat in great neighborhood

This flat in the heart of Paris is true to the liating. The host was fabulous and gave great recommendations. It is close to everything, literally 5 minutes to three different Metro stations, and walking distance (within 1 mile) to most of the major landmarks in Paris! Cafés in this area are numerous! The bed was comfy, the sleeper sofa, not so much. Would probably be fine for kids, but adults on the sleeper sofa was a bad plan for me. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is exactly as advertised and within easy walking distance of three metro stations and multiple bakeries, cafes and restaurants. The hostess speaks English and is easy to work with. We absolutely recommend it, but there are a few considerations to take into account.There is a nightclub of some sort a few buildings down. The windows in the apartment are double-paned, and provide excellent sound-proofing, but the noise might be an issue if you want them open. That said, we slept with the windows open and were not bothered by the noise. Unit is one floor up; no lift. Not great if you have large/heavy suitcases. Bathroom is compact; shower stall is only about 30” square, and fixtures intrude into that space. Not for the super-sized. The street itself has almost no traffic and is generally very quiet. It’s clean, but the area is functional, not Paris Postcard Chic. It makes an outstanding operating base from which to access the rest of Paris.

Fabulous location , simple and functional space

We very much enjoyed our visit to Paris. I was looking for a simple space with easy access close to Paris main events and this was perfect. The space is comfortable and warm and the beds were comfy. Claude was a gracious and helpful host.
