Fun House!

Had a great 4 night stay at this house. Lots of fun activities for the kids and the adults! The house is so unique and was perfect for 3 families. Also was a good location. Close to gruene and new braunfels. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Adam was a wonderful host and very responsive! Thank you!

Kid Fun House

House was super fun, clean. Adam was very responsive. The microwave went out on us on the first night and a new one was delivered first thing in the morning. Had all the toiletries and towels we needed a well.

I had high hopes for this property. When we arrived box of trash by door and they picked it up the next day. Floors and carpet nasty had to clean upon arrival. No silverware in home and then was accused of stealing it. The home states it is dog friendly but no fence around yard. Cool looking house but won’t stay again. Very disappointed with reaction and cleanliness of home. Host was nice and responsive but did not listen when I told him state house was in and did not give me any money back due to all the inconvenience. Very offended I was accused of stealing silverware, if he had reliable cleaning staff he would’ve know that it wasn’t there on arrival, also if he got complaints about the homes state he should’ve came or FaceTimed to see.

There were 9 of us staying in this home and there was plenty of room! The house was so neat and lots of fun things to do when we were there! We were very pleases and would definitely recommend this home!

Above & Beyond

Adam‘s home was not only beautiful and well kept. It was an absolute dream to stay at with our group of kiddos. It was a surprise for them and they couldn’t believe their eyes when I opened the door. Not only is there a pool table that also turns into a ping-pong table, there’s more games than you could think of, practically every plug has a charger supplied with three different ports for your needs
 The products the host selected for guest use is premium quality and there’s more than enough. I’m over the moon pleased with this stay and look forward to coming back here every year. Make sure you take a walk down by the creek. Absolutely gorgeous. ♄ Couldn’t be happier!

Great place!

We loved this house! Very unique and the kids had a blast. Would highly recommend for any families playing in the Huber Ranch softball tournaments. Plenty of room for multiple families.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Me and my brother are avid fishers, not very good, but still love the sport and most of all cooking them up! Mmmmm. He was telling me about this spot he found and we went to check it out. This creek was situated right behind this gorgeous home and it was love at first sight. After hours of fun and some dinner to take home I couldn't leave without a little investigation. We researched who owned the home when we got back, and to our surprise found it was JUST listed for sale!

So we snagged this property up so we can fish there mostly and share the experience with those who would like to visit our lovely neck of the woods. 😊

One thing that I didn't list anywhere else about this property is how stunning this property shows at night, all lit up - from the outside. It truly speaks to the local architect Ron Avery's initial vision for this property. Truly remarkable.
