Tucked away under a canopy of trees along the banks of the Guadalupe River, this riverfront home features:

- Secondary Queen Bedroom
- Third Bedroom w/ 2 Twins (can be converted to King bed upon request)
- 2nd Full Bathroom in hall between 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms
- Futon Sleeper in Living Room
*** Queen Air Mattress, Toddler Cot, and Pac N Play Available Upon Request***

This is a beautiful waterfront destination designed for hosting and making beautiful memories. The heart of the home is the open concept living and dining area. The kitchen features sprawling granite countertops, double ovens, and a large center island.

- The breakfast bar is an additional dining option.

Relax in the shade of the covered patio or beneath a canopy of trees overlooking the water. Enjoy grilling and yard games like cornhole.

**For your safety peace of mind there are EXTERIOR security cameras which you can view from the security monitor within the home.**

The home is free of paraben and fragrance filled cleaners/detergents. No scented plugins are used in the home. It’s our goal to take steps to create a little less toxic living environment. Located closely to historic downtown Seguin & Texas Lutheran University. An easy drive to New Braunfels, Gruene, and San Antonio attractions.

The house was so comfortable and clean with plenty of room for my family, my sister’s family and our parents. We loved the quiet safe neighborhood. Our dogs loved running around in the big backyard. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay there again!

This pet friendly property is perfect for a family gathering ,, we had a wonderful family Easter weekend ,, the house is super clean , nice open concept ,huge kitchen with all we needed ,, the backyard with a super relaxing river view ,, we barbecued some steaks , the gated patio was perfect for our pet host was always responsive ,, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean we will be back !! Amazing Stay!

Our stay in this peaceful neighborhood at this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a cozy Casita studio apartment located right on the Guadalupe River. The setting was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the host’s homemade cookies upon arrival were a thoughtful touch.We enjoyed some great local food, including BBQ and breakfast tacos, and spent time relaxing by the river and exploring the area.

March Madness trip

We chose this property for the location to the Alamodome. We are UH fans and alumni and wanted a beautiful home to enjoy while we commuted to the games. This place is amazing! We will book again because of its open space and great firepit on the River.

Perfect place to stay

The property is extremely clean and just as it was described. The bedding is comfortable, the bathrooms had plenty of linens. If I every need to go back I would definitely go back to this home.

Grandma, two sons, two wives, four gkids stayed here during Thanksgiving. We appreciated the double oven and many kitchen items. Easy trip to Walmart or HEB for perishable food. Large refrigerator accommodated the cases of drinks we brought along. Ample towels. I brought wash cloths, soap, and shampoo/conditioner which we needed. The family met up in the large living area for breakfast and games. The master suite and separate studio casita provided roomy privacy for each family. It was a successful trip with lots of love shared in a lovely setting. Thanks for sharing your place.

Very peaceful neighborhood and clean home.

We were in town for a few days for a high school softball tournament. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house is in peaceful neighborhood and super clean. I recommend this home to anybody looking for a great stay.

University Graduation Celebration

The layout of the rooms was perfect for our group. The amenities were superior. Fun was had by all! The host left us a welcome with cookies and a celebration banner. We could not have imagined a better setting for our granddaughter’s graduation celebration.
