Perfect house for a Tennessee football weekend. Great amenities with an immaculate pool area. Plenty of space for 8 adults. We had a great time and would most definitely book again on our next Knoxville trip.

Nice house in a quiet location

We enjoyed our stay in Powell to visit family. The house had a fully stocked kitchen and great amenities like a pool, hot tub and pool table. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice.

This place is great!!!! Very roomy the kids loved the game room and big tvs hoping to book this place in the summer so the kids can have fun in the pool and we can cook out!!’

Close to Crown College

Great stay for our youth group for Youth Congress! Close to Crown College and Temple Baptist Church. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub!

Enjoyed our stay at this home! The home was very clean, and had all the amenities any renter could ask for, ie kitchen was well equipped, with anything needed for cooking, cleaning up, etc. Our family loved the pool/ping pong table, as well as the pin ball machines! Lots of memories made in this home! It was too cold to enjoy the outside features…! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful home l can’t say enough about how perfect it was. After 50 years of staying in VRBO’s this is the clearest one we have ever stayed at and the pool is wonderful!! We will definitely be back.

Great spot for family fun!!!

We had an awesome time at the Powell house! The floor plan is well laid out and there’s fun and flow on every floor. The pool is great and larger than we expected. The owners have it well equipped with everything you need for a great time with the family. If we’re back in the area, we would come back for sure!!!

Beautiful home

I can’t say enough good things about this house it was beautiful and the pool was wonderful!!! They had everything you would need in the kitchen it was so well stocked and housekeeping was fantastic this was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and can’t wait to go back.

Great Place for Friends Reunion

We had a great time at the property. LOVED the pool and the enormous hot tub! The house was well-equipped, clean and the owners were very responsive when remote batteries were dead. The neighborhood was quiet and within close distance to any necessities. Basement bedrooms could be made very dark - perfect for teens who wanted to sleep in. Would stay again.

Amazing home

This was a great house for our vacation. The pool and sauna were great, and there was plenty of things to do in the house. Additionally, the host thought of everything we could possibly need, such as toys for the pool, masking tape and toiletries. Would definitely recommend this property.

We have used many VRBO properties in past and this one might be the best one ever. It is just as shown in the photos. The house was clean and spacious. Perfect for our family with 6 adults and 4 kids. The kids especially enjoyed the video game room and remarked how surprised they were that the retro games still worked!! We watched the World Cup on the big 75" tv, which was awesome.The pool and hot tub were both clean and just as pictured. There were plenty of pool floats and pool noodles. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Aaron was very quick to respond when there were things we could not find. But really everything you might need is there. Laundry and dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, they thought of everything. We enjoyed a trip to Dollywood and a day of whitewater rafting, a fun Escape Room in Knoxville. It was just a great week of fun for our family. Thank you Aaron, we could not have asked for more!!

Church College Retreat

We had a great time using the home to bond and spend time together. Lay out was great for us to complete our large group activities but able to split up and do individual activities as well.

Great Vacation!

My family and I had a great time! The house had everything we needed. The pool was amazing, and we also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and arcade games... never a dull moment! Also, close enough to make a visit to Pigeon Forge. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. It all made for a great family vacation!

Wonderful stay for family wedding

This property was the perfect place for an extended family stay for a wedding in Knoxville. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. The grandkids had a blast playing pool, ping pong and arcade games. The adults enjoyed the huge hot tub and the kitchen had everything you could imagine for cooking great family meals together. We will definitely rent again when we come back to Knoxville to see family.

Out of town wedding

Our family came up from Michigan, for a wedding in Oak Ridge. It was a very nice place to stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. The host was easy to reach for a question or 2. Close enough to Knoxville to go see some local sights in between wedding stuff. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice home with lots to do

Unfortunately it’s rained most of our stay but no worries there is an amazing hot tub with plenty of room. We did enjoy the pool the last day is was wonderful. Aaron the host was very responsive with returning calls and text. Definitely would recommend.
