Great property- conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Buena Vista. A quiet neighborhood and relaxing space. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and listening to the stream flowing right next to it. Soft towels and nice amenities :) Would definitely recommend!

Phenomenal little unplug and rewind place. Running water all around property was so relaxing. Hot tub worked well! Couldn't ask for a better place to escape for a weekend!!

The property was better than described.Charlie was a fantastic host!He knew that this was our anniversary getaway, a plumbing problem was detected before we arrived and he went above and beyond to have a solution so we could stay at the house.He brought a gift over for our anniversary.On Saturday night I had an issue trying to get Netflix to work, and he replaced the TV very quickly.Great place!The best host we have had!

Should be more descriptive as to location. Neighbors close on both sides, so not very private. Needs higher wall on west side of yard to obstruct view of neighbors as they do their landscaping, should help with intrusive noise as well. Small view of woods and it really feels like you’re in a back yard, not at some private secluded destination in the mountains with the river and trees. Instead it’s like your in a neighborhood in a backyard with some trees and a creek that runs through it.

This is a beautiful place - very spacious, comfortable, clean, and wonderful overall. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating as well. Love the hot tub under the stars. Would recommend 100%!

Charlie and Kait are wonderful Hosts! Even provided thoughtful "extras" such as wine, mints, movies, books, etc.Communication was excellent with several checks to ensure all was well and we were happy with everything (which we were).Charlie was quite responsive and helpful when we had a small issue with showering; he showed us the mechanics of how the system worked: issue resolved. Very friendly and fun to talk with.....Thanks, Charlie!The unit itself is nicely put together; quite spacious and well appointed. Cannot say enough about the fantastic patio and backyard that are there for the exclusive use of the visitors; spent a good deal of time just loving life in the quiet, peaceful environment provided. Grass, trees, a small "creek" and access to Cottonwood creek made for a pleasant stay.As an added bonus, Main Street was a short one mile walk away and over 10 restaurants were within easy walking distance.Overall, a great experience, one we hope to repeat should the fates allow.
