Modern 450 sq ft bungalow with unobstructed Mt. Princeton views, a private patio, and peaceful location on Buena Vistaâs southwest side. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and sofa bed. Includes full kitchen, laundry, fast WiFi, grill, fire pit, and no TVâjust books, puzzles, and mountain serenity.
Youâll have a private entrance and your own dedicated space. Owners live full-time in a separate part of the home. Your local host is happy to offer local recommendations or assist if neededâbut weâll leave you to enjoy your stay unless you reach out.
Located on the quiet southwest side of Buena Vista, our bungalow offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Youâre just minutes from downtown shops, local restaurants, and the grocery store, but away from the busier parts of townâideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Weâre close to it all: 0.7 miles to Main Street, 1.4 miles to the Arkansas River and South Main, 6 miles to Cottonwood and Charlotte Hot Springs, and less than 20 minutes to incredible hiking and biking trails. Whether you're here for river time, mountain trails, or ski days, youâll love this convenient yet calm location.
Youâll have full, private access to the bungalow via a keyless entry system. Your private entrance and parking area are located on the north side of the property. The gravel driveway is 22 feet wide by 47 feet longâlarge enough for a truck and trailer. Youâll also have access to your private back patio, outdoor gear lock-up points, and a hose with sprayer for light gear rinsing.
Please note: the EV charger is not yet available, and we ask that guests do not wash vehicles or fill water tanks on site.

This newly built, 450 sq ft mountain-modern bungalow was completed in December 2024 and thoughtfully designed to offer guests both comfort and sustainability. Located on the quiet southwest side of town, it features unobstructed views of Mt. Princeton from the private back patio, modern amenities, and a clean, tranquil atmosphereâperfect for those looking to unplug, relax, and enjoy all that the Arkansas River Valley has to offer.

-HEPA-filtered ventilation
-Minisplits for heating and cooling
-12â thick concrete walls for quiet and insulation
-American Clay wall finishes and polished concrete floors
-Ceiling fans and dimmable lighting throughout

-Queen-sized platform bed in the bedroom
-Double-sized convertible sofa in the living room
-Sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably.

-Public Transit & Taxi: Public transportation is limited, but local taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available for getting around town or to nearby attractions.
-Trailheads & Outdoor Adventures: Many of the areaâs top hiking and biking trails are within 20 minutes by car. Ski resorts like Monarch and Ski Cooper are about 45 minutes away.
Access: You'll receive a unique code for keyless entry.
Amenities: We provide an ample supply of essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, and plush towels to enhance your stay along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms.
Parking: Please park on the driveway or on the street in front of the home.
No Smoking Policy: No smoking on the property at any time.
Holiday Check-In/Check-Out: No Check-In/Check-Out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. If booked for these dates, we will need to change the reservation.
