Sargent Beach Getaway - Have Fun in the Sun!

Get away from it all at this Sargent Beach vacation home! With a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the front porch, this house is great for relaxing and having fun in the sun! You can walk to the beach from this house where you can fish, bask in the sun, or swim. This is a GREAT vacation spot with plenty of room for family and friends (3 bed/2 bath) with a large kitchen/living area for visiting. There are local fishing guides available to take you out to get your catch of the day. Fishing is fantastic in the ICW, and ATVs are allowed on the beach. There is a lot of room under the house with a bbq pit for having gatherings in the shade! Ready access to restaurants and local bait camps. Come enjoy a fatastic vacation at Pelican Point in Sargent, TX!

Good time

Water is close but no beach. Didn’t enjoy people pulling in at 10:30pm to park their rv and unload there rtvs and drive around . House was great. Wish there was a beach right there though.

Nice house, perfect location

It was great, the king bed did break when we sat on it the first night ao we had to sleep in smaller bed but other then that it was great.

Quiet Get Away

The Beach house was very nice and clean. Great access to the beach only a few feet away. No crowds only a few people besides ourselves. Had a good weekend.

The fishing trip

The place was great and the location perfect for our trip. Even though we experienced a couple hiccups (no fault of the property manager), she managed the issues promptly, with little to no inconsistencies for our family. We will return and highly recommend this place. Thank you

It wasn't what we asked for, but we were glad we got it!

This property is at the end of a short drive, making it nice and isolated. Noise levels were low and traffic was not an issue. The house itself is beautiful. I must come clean, we didn't offer for this house. The owner's other property had a problem, and moved us to this property for our stay. As I said, really glad we got it, though. Spacious and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities you would want in a vacation spot: quick walk to the beach (check those clay deposits for full-sized crabs!), water outlets under the house for cleaning shells and feet, wonderful wrap-around porch with shaded seating, and easy access to the backside of the barrier island for some calm fishing. Any questions were answered quickly, and there were plentiful notes and instructions on everything. A wonderful place to stay!

Perfect trip!!

From the time we booked the trip until we got home from our vacation, everything about our trip was flawless. The house is exactly as shown in the pics, immaculant. They had everything we needed & responded quickly when we couldn't figure out the TV. The front porch is perfect for chillin with your family & the kitchen & bathrooms were fully stocked. I will for sure rent this place again in the years to come!! Thank you for having us!!

Family Weekend Getaway

Perfect peaceful location steps from the beach and bay area for fishing.. No crowds. House was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals. Lots of room big family. Carla responded immediately to answers questions and assist with anything we needed. Will definitely be back. Suggest stopping at HEB or Walmart in Bay City for supplies and quarters for laundry room.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

We had such an extraordinary time on our trip to Sargent this year. We’ve been before, but this house we stayed in was beyond perfect! Everything was new, clean, and well stocked. Plus, we had access to walk to the beach or the ICW for great fishing. We also got to meet the property manager, Carla, who was super responsive and a doll! We’ll be back for sure.

the property had a great view of the Ocean & Bay

Our experience was great property had a great view of the Ocean and Bay, it was clean, spacious three bedroom and two bath and had everything you can think available in the home. We had an amazing time and are planning another family get together there!!
