This family owned condo is the perfect getaway location! Come enjoy all the year-round outdoor activities that Lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains have to offer. Relax with family and friends as you watch the sun set behind the mountains on the dock, by the pool or your private patio. You will feel right at home in this spotless and updated condo with new carpet and bedding to make your stay even more comfortable. (Located on Paugus Bay, 5min to Weirs Beach, with in 15min to Bank of NH Pavilion and Gunstock Mountain Resort, with in 1hr from Ragged Mountain, Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley and more)

Cozy condo!

We were so thankful to find this amazing condo after another host sold their cottage about a month and a half before our reservation and, thus, cancelled on us. This condo was pretty perfect. The location is great. Close to stores and restaurants. The condo itself was clean and super cozy, equipped with everything we needed. There were even floats in the garage to use at the lake--which, we did! We thoroughly enjoyed our week here.

I’ve been going up to Winnipesaukee since I was born! This is my second year renting this condo and I was not disappointed! Absolutely immaculate and beautifully designed! Comfortable retreat

Rented this property for my parents as well as my sister, her husband and two young children. Because there’s a bunk bed in the bedroom plus a bed my sister and family fit great in that room while my parents stayed in the second room. The living room is spacious with comfortable furniture. Everything was clean, plenty of room, and perfect location for the weirs, fun spot, and restaurants. Kids loved playing tennis up at the tennis court. Great time and would rent again and recommend.

Cute and cozy

A great place close to the water. No view of the lake but it’s just down the hill. Central to Weirs Beach, Laconia, Meredith, Wolfsboro and other little towns. Loved that there was a dishwasher coffee maker and airfyer in the unit. Lots of extras which was nice. And appreciated the candles around the house, lovely for the cooler weather and rain.

Beautiful and inviting

Only stayed 2 nights and wish we stayed more. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Very homey and has everything you would need to stay. They have thought of everything you would need. Extra towels, blankets, pillows. Very quiet neighbors. Plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable. Definitely staying here again!!!! Very responsive to questions too!!

Homey and Cozy

Our stay was amazing! The only down side to the stay is on our last day neighbors came into the upstairs unit and you could hear their dog and kids running around. Absolutely no complaints about the property at all! Everything was clean, homey and cozy. Conveniently located close to everywhere we wanted to go, also!

fabulous lil place

Family went up for 4th of July weekend, 1st time using VRBO so nervous about using unfamiliar lodging. Host was very response answering all my questions in timely fashion. Check in was super easy. Place was adorable! And the host really thought of EVERYTHING you could need or want in the unit. We were truly amazed. We definitely plan on staying there again :)
