Seas The Day! Book your next Port Aransas getaway at this beautifully decorated condo. This newly remodeled first-floor condo has a view of the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area from the patio area, kitchen, and living room. This home is decorated throughout with a combo ocean nautical theme. The full kitchen has everything you will need to prepare freshly cooked meals with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, and utensils. The large dining table is accommodating for six guests with four chairs and a bench. The living room has two large, overstuffed recliner chairs and a very comfy sofa perfectly made for relaxing with a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the patio in the bay breeze. Back inside, the guest bedroom (BR1) has two sets of twin bunk beds, a nightstand, a dresser, a fan hung on the wall, a TV, and a closet. The hall bath has a tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, TV, and an accent chair for curling up and reading a book. The ensuite bathroom has a tile stand-alone shower with a glass enclosure. The full-size washer and dryer are located at the end of the hall for your convenience. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Parking for 2 vehicles. A golf rental will use a space.
WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
